I had been a regular Since the year they opened. I have had many wonderful services at this location. I was always a really big fan of Lisa and her nail techs. I made recommendations for friends and brought friends with me and even brought my daughter to have her first manicure and pedicure over a decade ago. I had since moved, but was in the area when I decided to get a powder dip manicure. I stopped in. Lisa was not there. The male nail tech who performed my service used a number 4 gel topcoat. According to my research, he should have had me rest my nails in the UV light to cure the gel topcoat. In my experience at other nail places, this was always the case. The nail tech told me that it was unnecessary. My nails looked good, I tipped him $10 on my $47 service and I walked out. However, the next day, the top shiny coat began to chip, and I was left with the dull mat color on my nails. I live further away, so I waited until I was back in the area. This was six days later. I returned and showed Lisa my nails and asked if I could have them fixed. He removed the remaining chipped topcoat and reapplied the #4 gel top coat. I asked if I could put my finger nails into the UV light. He again told me that I didn’t need to do that. I asked him please that I believe the reason why the topcoat chipped off in the first place was because he didn’t have me do this the first time. He said no. And yet again, I believed him. The next day, the top coat began to chip AGAIN. I was going to be in the area the following day so I returned and showed Lisa. I let her know that I was displeased and taking more time again out of my week to correctly have the topcoat reapplied was an inconvenience. She asked me if I wanted a gel manicure. I told her I did not And that I would simply like everything to be removed for my nails.
She soaked my nails and removed the powder and all coats applied.
She then charged me $20. I was taken back by this. In shock and not wanting to cause a scene, I acquiesced and paid the $20. I then left the establishment but circled back around because dammit I work two jobs and don’t have an extra $20 to be throwing around for someone else’s mistake. So I went back in and requested that she refund me the $20 that I did not agree. I should have to pay for a service that was not rendered correctly. I reminded her of our Almost 15 year business relationship. I reminded her that I had made numerous recommendations of her establishment to friends and family. I never once walked in, asking her for a donation for any charitable event And that I had remain loyal to her business as long as I was living in the area. And she told me that usually she charges $30 for gel or powder removal. She gave excuses such as other nail places use other topcoats, and those topcoats may need to go into UV but this one did not. I am not a nail tech by profession however, every website I looked on stated that a gel topcoat requires UV light to cure. She did not want to listen, and she put her hands on my arms and turned me towards the door After handing me $10 of my $20 back.

I wish I could give zero stars. Just about the rudest salon. I walked in when they opened to get a pedicure. They left me sitting in the water for 30 minutes. Even before that, I told them the water was too hot so the owner actually too the sprayer and put cold water on my bare leg and said now it’s cold. Overpriced and nasty. Biggest mistake and I would steer clear!

If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere this is not your place. The woman who gave me manicure was so rough , and loud speaking to another employee. I Forgot to mention one of the employee had a large dog walking around. I like dogs but not in a nail salon.

Started going here a few years ago on a friend’s’ recommendation after the mall places started closing, I have never had a bad experience here despite other reviews! I come for pedicures only so my review is based on that only. Everyone that has worked on me has been pleasant and kind, and clean! They can sometimes be a bit busy in the summer especially but it’s never more than a 10-15 min wait; mostly you can walk right in!

I have been back here four more times and each time they do an excellent job. Even when they are extremely busy, (and sometimes you will have to wait if they are busy. Be patient.) they always do a fantastic job. Jason did a great job with both my gel manicure and my gel pedicure. I wanted a very simple sparkly gel manicure and he did exactly as I asked. I would definitely recommend this clean and nice salon.
Requested style: I requested extremely sparkly, short suare-roundish shape and they achieved exactly what I asked for. I get a gel manicure and they last a good 2 to 3 weeks, easily.

I've been going to Lisa's salon for 5 years. I love how quick the mani pedis are and how easy it is to typically get an appointment. Her prices are fair, the salon is clean, and the employees are all really nice.

Walked in for a pedicure and was told there was no wait. They sat me in the pedicure chair and I assumed the pedicure would begin. Sat there literally 45 minutes in freezing cold water and not one person so much as looked my way ever again. Wasted my entire lunch break sitting with my feet in freezing cold water. Terrible customer service.

Today I went to Nails by Lisa. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They were very responsive to my needs. My nails are now beautifully done, and my face perfectly waxed and relaxed.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She seemed to have rushed me and cuticles not even done. Couldn’t stripe for French pedicure. Had to make her take off polish and just put in pale pink. Very disappointed. Don’t think I can return
