Pro plan. Anyway, I wanted to give a shout out to their employee, Mike! He is the best- so friendly, funny and efficient. Doing errands is obviously annoying; but employees like Mike make weekly errands very delightful. Appreciate him and great store overall!

I wish there was a zero to choose for the rating. I have been bringing my little Sage here since I got her two years ago and what we recently experience here is heartbreaking and disappointing. I was told that my dog was aggressive and wouldn't sit still for her grooming service. Again, I have been taking Sage here for awhile and never had an complaint. I called the next day to speak to a manager and was completely ignored. Sage has never been aggressive EVER , a day after her horrible grooming experience my daughter and I found why she was being agitated with the groomers. My poor Sage was cut by the blades of the clippers and had been bleeding.I was told to come pick up Sage a half hour into the service and that the service was free. I normally don't rate negatively because I have had before a good experience with them but THIS was NOT OK!!!

GOODBY FROM A REALLY, REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER.
I really liked this store at one point. However, I was prevented from booking a grooming session online. The young woman who answered the phone said she removed the block. Apparently I "canceled too many times" for her liking. At first she lied and said " no shows", but the 1 time i missed an appointment I called and apologized. This was a VERY silly decision on her part, because:
1) We groom our dog weekly ( probably more than needed)
2) We ALWAYS get an upgraded package that brings the cost for just a bath to $75ish 3) We ALWAYS tip.. and pretty good tips
4) We buy stuff from Petsmart ( well, at least we used to before this nonsense she pulled)
BUT, because she put tha block on, I NO LONGER FEEL COMFORTTABLE BRINGING MY PET THERE...WHO KNOWS HOW THEY WILL TREAT HIM GOING FORWARD.
Thanks to that one silly person, we will no longer shop at Petsmart.

Everyone who works here is super nice. Had a great & affordable grooming for my girl. Thanks Nicole & all of the staff! They even give you a “pawgress report” for the grooming visit about your pup. So cute.

We took our Yorkie to take a bath before we went on a trip and we left them there at 8 o’clock. We only picked him up at 12:30 when we picked him up it looked like he hadn’t taken a shower whatsoever. Over all very bad experience
