The policies, procedures and verification standards established by Santander Bank serve no other purpose than to make longstanding customers feel like the villain. I attempted to cash a check recently and despite having more than sufficient funds in my accounts to cover this check if there was an issue I was denied after going through the whole process of verification etc. Look elsewhere for neighborhood banking.
