I like the office looks like a space pod. That aside, some confusion in our booking. We were storing a tow behind camper. They gave us a spot that was not ideal. We went into cancel, but Griffin took care of us. Made everything easy. Very nice and helpful. Didn't just let us walk away. Did right by the customer. You don't see that now a days. A lot of people would of just said o well. Great work.

I stored my belongings at Extra Space Storage in Ocean, New Jersey for a few years, and had an excellent experience. Since Extra Space took over, the facility has been noticeably modernized and well-maintained. The elevator works smoothly, and the entire building feels clean and secure. The staff in the office are always pleasant, professional, and very helpful. If I ever need storage again, I would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience with Kim. First time renting a storage unit and she showed me around, presented all the different options, and was overall friendly and professional. Would recommend this location for anyone’s storage needs. Very clean and organized.

I am really enjoying my use of the ExtraSpace storage facility in Ocean, NJ. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. I recently had a problem with my lock. Their staff noticed and reached out to let me know and offer assistance!

Local staff helpful and friendly, but watch corporate pricing, very sneaky price changes, snail mail only for pricing change notification, 50% increases 3rd month unless you really scream, industry should have government regulation for elderly and poor.
