Extremely rude poor service. They wouldn’t even look at my car to try to diagnose the problem even though it’s under warranty. The service manager, Kathy, lied to me and was about as rude and accused me of being violent and abusive which clearly did NOT happen. She’s about as unprofessional as it gets. She has dookie face, you know that face you make when you smell poop? That’s Kathy’s natural look, miserable on every level.I’ve never experienced such horrible rude people at any business in my entire life. Go somewhere else to get your car. It’s extremely rare that I leave a review, especially a bad one unless the service was very bad. In fact this is the first bad review I’ve written in my life about anyone. There was no physical abuse whatsoever, if there was, they would have called the police but they didn’t because it didn’t happen. They didn’t wanna deal with me because they saw the lemon law claim in their computer system and don’t wanna deal with it because I didn’t buy the car from them, so they asked me to leave and when I called them out for it, that’s when Kathy got extremely rude and a verbal argument took place outside of the dealership after my car was returned to me.

My husband and I recently bought a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe from Seacoast Chevrolet. Our Salesman, Joe Buttari was extremely helpful, knowledgable and provided excellent service. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Joe answered all our questions thoroughly and let us set the pace for our buying decision. The dealership was wonderful to work with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Most recently I had a routine oil change and tire rotation. For years now, I trust Sea Coast for excellent repairs and maintenance of my car. As a matter of fact, I have leased or purchased all of my cars from Sea Coast for that reason.

We wanted to test drive the car, I had called 2 times the day before, and once more before we left. It was a 1 hour drive, and when we got there the salesman told us the car had been sold 3 hours before!!! Wasted 2 hours for nothing. Had to take time off of work for this. Communication needs to be more efficient between salespeople and secretaries.

While shopping around for EVs to take advantage of the NJ rebate, I put down a deposit for a 2023 bolt euv in transit to Seacoast Chevy. I'd previously called around and visited a few dealerships in the central NJ area and was frankly appalled that they enforced "high demand, short supply addendum markups" between $3000 to $6000 even though the NJ Chargeup agreement clearly had a clause prohibiting this practice. They gave excuses I didn't find reasonable. Fortunately a couple dealerships, including Seacoast and Lester Glenn, were not marking up bolts. But only Seacoast had available cars in transit so I went with them. Dillon from sales was very helpful and he made sure the process was simple, timely, straightforward, and transparent. He answered all my questions about the NJ rebate and Chevy incentives very thoughtfully. Several other dealerships, mostly in the central Jersey area, played games from the very beginning. So even though I didn't end up buying the car due to personal preferences (in this particular case the in transit deposit was refunded in full) I would recommend Seacoast over the competition for their seemingly more honest business model.

Amazing experience! Pat Catena was nothing but helpful and kind, especially as I leased my first car, which is a very exciting milestone. Highly recommend both Seacoast Chevrolet & Pat. Great experience.

This is one of the best dealerships that I've dealt with. Everyone will do their best to satisfy your request. They had patience even when we were back and forth on what we were deciding on. I would recommend them 100 percent.

I bought a used Chevy Silverado from Sea Coast Chevrolet. Great experience. Dillon Turner(Sales Professional), and Mike Turner (New & Used Vehicle Manager) were great. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car or truck to go to Sea Coast Chevrolet.

Tim in service is unprofessional and rude. First I was told 1 day for my new tire by another service associate. Then Tim tells me 3-5. By day 6 I hadn’t heard from them. I called asking when it’ll be there. He rudely tells me it’s only been a few days. I said I ordered it Monday(this is now Monday again) He again rudely tells me “well we don’t order until the next day.” Like I’m somehow supposed to know the inner workings of their ordering system. They don’t provide a loaner, I’m driving around on a tire with a nail. I have to fill it 1-2 times a day at a gas station which as a business owner I truly don’t have time for. When I became frustrated asking when the tire will arrive, he rudely speaks over me and cuts me off. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with him acting this way. I think it’s ridiculous that you guys order parts and are not able to track them. Just having a customer waiting around for days with no actual time frame for delivery is just stupid. He then tells me I could’ve had the company just come to me to replace. I asked why I’m just being told this now after 6 days? He said he thought I knew. HOW WOULD I KNOW?! After the 100th time of him cutting me off I just hung up on him. He needs customer service training immediately. When a customer says to stop cutting them off, your response shouldn’t be “I’m not.” Your response should be “my apologies please continue.”

TLDR: take a mechanic with you to check your car before you buy and scour the exterior for any damage. This dealership won't touch you with a barge pole after you roll off the lot.First time buying from a dealership, first time buying new (a bolt EV). Goodness, what a mistake we made by trusting the dealership and assuming Chevy would make anything within reason right. Our experience at the dealership wasn't great. We had to chase the salesman to update us on our order status for about 6 months. He told us they could only get the car we wanted with a bunch of expensive extras we didn't want, but the Bolt and the EV financial incentives were such a deal we decided to go for it. They claimed they were unable to do the $500 student discount until we showed them Chevy's small print. Most upsettingly, when we got home, we realised our new car had a large dent running across the roof from the drivers to the passenger side door, with some notably "seacoast blue" paint transferred in the deepest part. I think either a garage door came down on it or it got driven into part of the tow truck during delivery.Contacted Seacoast and Chevy to get it addressed. Chevy were "a little surprised" that a car that recently off the lot would not just get the issue fixed immediately, but ultimately couldn't make seacoast do anything, nor would they do anything themselves. We would have accepted a discount, a credit, the damage being repaired or even reduced. Really, we were open to any suggestions anyone had. Unfortunately, Seacoast had their sale and wanted nothing else to do with us.

Always a pleasure to deal with Seacoast Chevy. The service manager is the best. Keeps everything moving. He is knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I would have not left a review had I not received multiple requests to share my experience. I got on a wait list for a car and was told that getting on the waitlist was no different than "placing an order" which apparently turned out to be false. For the 3 times I contacted my salesman, I was asked if I wanted to place the order. Since I was told my deposit was refundable up until the point I placed the order... and that as per them being on the wait list vs. ordering did not affect my place in line, I went the obvious route to wait until my number was called. 8 months in, I was told I was number 2 on the list. A month later when I called I was told I was then number 6. My reaction to this news changed the narrative. All of a sudden my deposit was fully refundable up until delivery, as if we had not discuss those specific concerns 3 times over. After some discussion and talks about being able to have my deposit refundable I officially placed the order within 30 minutes. A few weeks later I had contacted the GM and was told the reason for delay of my order (as per the salesman) that I was "dragging my feet with ordering the car". I explained that I was very meticulous and specific in asking the questions needed to decipher the difference between being on a waitlist, and ordering. I was given an allocation for the vehicle 1.5 weeks later.I took delivery of the car. 2 weeks later I got a call that the plates were in. I sent a message to the salesman to confirm the plate number since I wasn't able to pick it up in the near future, as well as the floor mats that were still on backorder. No response. Not Seacoast's issue, more-so GM, but I have 400 miles and im going back for an issue with the convertible top. It wont open/close. I have total faith that service will take care of the issue. As for sales, I did everything right, asked all the right questions, did'nt hassle or be pushy....and I still got the stereotypical new car sales experience that makes me wish I could have just hit "add to cart" from the get-go without the middleman.

Bought a certified pre owned Tahoe from Seacoast last November. Immediately had issues with the vehicle. 5 visits in 8 months, with most visits being told there is nothing wrong with it by service advisor Tim. I had to argue with Tim to look into issues and was given A LOT of attitude back. One time had to demand he look at my cars build sheet because he didn't believe me that my car has automatic headlights. There is still a loud whining coming from the transmission that you can hear loudly inside the car, but they say they won't fix because it's "functioning" unless I pay for it.Salesman Gene admitted that sometimes they have cars like this with a lot of issues. Told me to come in and could show me a few cars that they could get me into. I go in, and they take me to the whole sale lot and show me two Tahoes that are older, lower trim, and higher miles than the car I currently have and are currently waiting to go to auction. They also tell me that my current Tahoe has "dropped" over $11,000 in value in 8 months (I put 4,000 miles on it since I bought it).Only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 is not an option, and Alex in service is a good guy. Did what he could to help me, even though it sounds like the owners of Seacoast are interested more in profit than helping their customers.

Worst SERVICE department heard from multiple people the tech got their license in the cereal boxes ? I brought in my car for a tire rotation got back the car with a car making noises brought back the car 2 times they claimed it was a strut that was leaking which makes no sense on a brand new car they changed it I was 99% sure the noise is going to be there just going to be there and the noise was still there I brought it back then they started playing the ignoring game the tech told me after bringing them back that the car still makes noise when I called to ask them what's going on they started to play d*** and that was that worst worst service department .... Sales department is very very good. FYI I do not need a response I'm sorry Mr Schmidt for your bad experience keep it for yourself
