WARNING- The Jeep Store - Seaview Auto Corp- Ocean County NJ I got scammed out of $10,000 for a new engine. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service with a slight overheat issue and they kept it for 9 months trying to figure out the issue while going back and forth with my warranty company. They concluded my engine was warped and wouldn't cover the $10,000 cost to replace it. So I paid with every last penny I had. I now have the Jeep back and it still have the same exact over heat issue. Did I need I need a new engine Seaview? Apparently not if I'm having the same issue as the initial issue. Hmmm. Where is the justice in this? Am I just getting screwed and scammed because little people have no voice? STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE AS THEY WILL MISDIAGNOSE AND CHARGE YOU YOUR LIFE SAVINGS TO LET YOU WALK AWAY FEELING VIOLATED!!

Howard and management made everything right. Chalk it up to miscommunication on both ends but ultimately everyone did the right thing

Called and asked about a car online. Was told it was available. Spoke to pleasant man - advised we were coming from a distance. Continued communicating with him all day until we were 15 minutes out. He advised our information was on one of the other salesperson's desks and he had to leave to get his child. We show up and the car we came to see (and we were 99% sure we were buying) was literally being driven away. Went inside - told our story to the first salesperson we saw - she offered up another car. No thanks. Asked to see manager and explained the situation. He told us we were only talking to his "internet guy" and he has no idea of what is going on on the sales floor. Because that makes a lot of sense. He told us the car just sold five minutes ago. Yeah, sure like when we were talking to the internet guy 15 minutes ago you didn't know that car was going to be driven away in the time it took us to get there? The manager obviously thought he was pretty cool with his fake tough guy Brooklyn accent. They are non-communicative apparently within their own dealership. Customer service at least by that manager is zero. Which is what I would have given this review if it was an option.

After reading some of negative reviews on YELP I was hesitant to have to purchase a truck from this dealer. As I arrived my wife and I was greeted by Darnell. We where out at ease to see his smile . Darnell was patient and knowledgeable . He was not overbearing and allowed our car experience to be wonderful. We also met with Michael and Kevin who were also very helpful. We did not expect our experience to be successful. Again we say a special THANK you to Darnell , Michael and Kevin . We recommend this dealership and will do business again .

Stay away from this dealership! Bait and switch at it's finest. I saw an add online that looked reasonable. Made an appointment and of course I did not get that deal due to all the fine print (which I expected) but the salesman told me he got me a deal that was close. I agreed on it and we shook hands, he told me that I was approved through their financing dept. after he ran my credit. He even put the truck on my insurance and gave me the key. Then I went to the financing office....as I was signing paper work he said..."I have a better deal for you - $50 more per month at a longer term!" I told him I want the deal we agreed on...I waited another 1/2 hour (after being there for 3 hours) and then the payment magically doubled to $800/month. A BUNCH OF SHIESTERS I have never had such a bad experience shopping for a car.
