I attended many gyms before but none like Max! I started training with them a year ago and it was the best decision I could have made! I feel super motivated, the trainers are always eager to teach me how to do my exercises correctly. What I love most is our daily exercise routines because they are different every day which encourages us to not want to miss any day of training. In addition, we have healthy meal plans, a group always ready to help us improve our healthy lifestyle. We are Family!! I love Max! I highly recommend it!!!♥️?

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with The Max of Ocean. Pam and her team have created a fun and supportive environment. I’ve personally never enjoyed going to the gym - until now. Michael and the other trainers make working out FUN!

The people are super supportive. The workouts are scalable for people at every level of fitness. So if you are just starting out, they’ll show you how to gain strength, endurance and confidence.

The MAX of Ocean is amazing. The classes are great and are offered multiple times a day which I love. I took a break due to personal reasons but once I came back, the staff welcomed me with open arms. So happy to be back.

This gym is amazing. I started over a year ago and when I started, I honestly doubted my ability to get through a class, let alone do burpees. I've since learned I CAN do it and I'm way stronger than I ever imagined and I owe it to Max of Ocean. Pam and Michael are truly the best of the best. They really care about your progress and do an amazing job keeping you motivated. The gym is sparkling clean and they work hard to keep the classes fun and exciting.I could honestly rave about this place all day but you just gotta go see for yourself. You will not regret it!

I loved my experience at The Max in Ocean. The staff is amazing. They will give you exercises to match your ability and push you to the next level when you are ready. The environment is so inviting that it keeps you motivated to get to the next class.

At the "Max" you can work out as hard or as easy as you want. You will always have fun and never be bored. Pam and all the teachers are wonderful people who are dedicated to your success. Another way of saying it is that the Max Challenge is a winning formula. The great staff makes this location the best Max of all! (Drop the Microphone)?

The MAX OF OCEAN is an great place with amazing instructors that provide support and motivation. Classes are offered multiple times throughout the day and the workouts are designed to challenge you. They welcome you with open arms and this gym will help you to get in shape. More importantly, the classes are fun! I have not missed a day of exercise class since I joined 6 months ago. I highly recommend the MAX Challenge Gym of Ocean!!

Need motivation? I did. Max of Ocean is a game changer. Fun and challenging classes. Have seen the best changes in my strength and fitness with Max. Haven't worked out with all trainers by Michael, Melissa and Pam Rock as do they all I'm sure and Maxers are so welcoming you will love it!!

Hi!! I’ve been a member of the Maxx for several years. Pam Michael and Melissa are such great people, they are there every day cheering you on and working out with you! Michael the instructor is so motivational, makes you laugh and so much fun to get you going every morning. I used to dread working out, now I do not mind going. It is the best 45 minutes to do something for yourself!

I’ve been to gyms on and off throughout my life, and what’s happening here at Max of Ocean is truly special. Before joining, I was diagnosed with MDD which means even getting out of bed felt like a Herculean task. Walking a few minutes down the street was exhausting.Jointing Max of Ocean was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for both my physical and mental health. It’s not just a gym. It’s a community. And while the classes are challenging, the trainers will meet you at your level and push you to get better. I am very grateful to Max for everything it’s done for me—I have no regrets joining and you won’t either!

The Max Challenge of Ocean is the best place to go for fitness! They provide workouts for all levels in a non-judgemental setting. The center also provides a complete nutrition plan that is easy to follow. Members feel like family, people go there with a smile on their face, but while getting a fantastic workout at the same time! Highly recommend!
