From the very outset, Kristen has consistently demonstrated an elevated level of geniality. Her endearing warmth and perpetual attentiveness makes all the difference. “I was so nervous going into this for a million different reasons, but most of all knowing the facility would be closed on Sunday. However, when I called to get some information the man who introduced himself, Scott, was tremendously helpful! He completely eased my worries and went above and beyond in laying out exactly what to expect. Picking up and dropping off the truck when so smoothly and it’s all thanks to Scott’s directions! I highly recommend using this location to anyone needing a uhaul!”
“I recommend Pat and his location 10/10 times. He was quick, courteous, and very helpful with renting this UHaul. He didn't have the correct hand truck, so he let me use furniture dollies instead, and changed the reservation to reflect. He even had some extra moving blankets if I needed them. Overall, a great experience and I will be coming here again if I need another van/truck!”

“This U-Haul experience was FABULOUS!! My son was trying for 2 weeks to rent a van for after 5:00 pm from Home Depot. They were cranky, unhelpful and nothing was ever available. I had dealt with this particular Cindy Lane, Ocean location several times in the past and had great experiences so I jumped online to see if they had vans and how fast I could get one. Night time was the best time to move since we all work. To my surprise it says I could go get one immediately! So I booked it and ran over. What a great, seamless system. I’m not tech savvy but had zero issues navigating their rental software. It gave me confidence in the whole process. Pick up was a breeze and the van was amazing, clean and huge. We fit everything in one trip. We had the van for 2.5 hours and return was as easy as pick up. Super, super impressed! If you ever need a fast and stress free truck or van rental, this is your place!”
