I would give one star only because I was told to wait a week to buy my phone when the price was going down. The salesperson charged me twice & didn't throughly explain all options. When I went in to dispute extra charge was told by manager of store that refund was in progress & I asked to take picture of the refund & was told I couldn't. Then he pointed to his arm & said"Do you think I have something up my sleeve?" Could not believe his condescending attitude and arrogance. Needless to say I waited 3 weeks, refund was never issued & had to file a dispute with my credit card. Will never walk in this store again & beware if the reader that they are using for charges appears not to be working, that is how I got charged twice!

Once again Dan F made this process simple and easy. If you want no nonsense and honest answers to any questions you may have go see him. Very easy to work with and I was out the door within a half an hour. Kudos to this store for being such a pleasant experience instead of the dreaded I have to upgrade my phone and don't need the hassle of going to the store and wasting a day away. Thank you Dan!

Don't go here. Pick any other Verizon store. Trust me. I'm a millennial who works in tech... I understand how everything works and I'm pretty patient. But WOW. This place literally would rather do anything else but help you.

I had several issues with this store over the years. If there were 0 stars they would get that. They mislead ( Dan, the sales guy) and try to sell you a more expensive package and when you get their manager Kathlene Simone to helpBoth she refuses to find a solution to your problem flat out. Both Refused to deal with a simple issue that would take 2 seconds to fix. This is how an account holder of 20 years is treated there... don't waste your time here until Verizon addresses personel issue! Instead go to a Long Branch store on Rt 36 in Home Depot plaza see Amir, manager and Magnolia. They truthfully solved my simple problem in 1 second and they get 5 stars on a separate review.

Pat & Harry both assisted me on different days for the same problem. I needed technical support, they were both courteous, professional & patient. Thanks guys!!!

They were very quick to determine that they could not help me with my issue which is basically their records for my account being wrong. I think I waited perhaps 25 minutes for three or four people before me and this is distributed between 4 Verizon reps to finally discuss my problem and be dispatched like just over a minute. Thought perhaps they could call in for me and work to fix my problem but the offer to do so never came. Well to date, the problem still exists. To get through over the phone and to someone who actually can think on their own and problem solve seems to require that perhaps Alexander Graham Bell call on my behalf. Avoid this store and go to one better rated. So now I am convinced both the store and the Verizon call in people really don't know anything and offer only solutions which involve a new phone or updated service. I was able to resolve the problem on my own. I used my desktop and unlocked the account with a new password. I then re-downloaded the My Verizon app to my cell phone and now everything works as it was prior to all this fiasco.

I upgraded my phone plan and stepped up to the Samsung Galaxy S9. The transition took forever....I bought a car in less time. My Sales Rep left us and went to the counter for 20 minutes.....I was told my existing plan was so old that their computer could not convert to a new plan without extra monthly charges. "Don't worry, it will take a day to process correctly", I will call you tomorrow to confirm new agreement is fine with no additional service charges........Never Called Me back. Their phone call back system is so bad that you can not talk to a live person. Go someplace else !

If you are looking for anything from Cerizon I strongly recommend the saleswoman Timesha at this store. She was outstanding! She asked the right amount of questions to be able to direct you to just the right service, phone and even phone case we needed. She made the process painless and even told me that my company offered a Verizon discount that I didn't know about!!!!

Horrible customer service, lack of knowledge about the phones, untruthful about fees and charges, and the list goes on. Verizon has gone down in both quality of cellular service and in customer satisfaction. I've had many issues with my iphone 6 and so i go into the store and explain what the problems are. They sent me another defective iphone 6 that within a couple days crashed, froze, and wouldn't even show the lock screen. I went back immediately and explained yet again all the issues at hand. The lady instantly gave me attitude saying any phone i get will have issues and then went right back to talking to her coworkers who were of no help either. I'm now leaving verizon and going to another carrier; I suggest others do the same.

My mom and I went in for an iPhone charger - I picked the exact product that I needed but there is no register to pay for an item so you have to "sign- in" and wait for an employee to assist you. When we walked in, we were greeted with a "we have to sign you in" rather than a hello. My mom said she was just looking for an accessory, and the man still told her to sign-in and that there were people in front of us. We found the product we needed quickly, and instead of checking out, waited 25-30 minutes before an employee was able to help us. During this time, there were multiple employees helping one customer, and one employee talking to a customer about Netflix while her product was starting up (this time could have been used to help another customer, it was at least 5 minutes). When we finally had someone come over to us, we gave him the charger for us to purchase and he apologized about the wait - but he also said that if we just needed an accessory then we could have told them when we signed in and we would have been helped sooner. We let him know that we did tell the man who signed us in that we just wanted an accessory, but wound up waiting anyway. Either their workers are inattentive or understaffed. This store needs consistency/communication between staff, more employees, or a dedicated register and worker for purchases that do not require consultation.

How do you know when a Verizon employee is trying to cheat you? He's existing within a 50 foot radius of you. Brought in an old iPhone for credit on my bill. Was told I could get $37-something to put towards a tablet. No thanks, just bill credit. The guy puts it through and I receive $6.66 (appropriate, no?) credit on my account. Where's the other $30? Oh, your iPhone has "locate my phone tracking" activated, and that needs to come off. Okay, whatever. Take off the tracking. 20 minutes later, "You're good, we put through a $30 credit." Let me see it. "Ummm, that'll take another 5 minutes." They finally show me, and they've put through $30, but the initial $6.66 they gave me is gone. Seriously guys? Fine, you can keep the $6 and change if that makes you happy. I'm switching providers.

Walked into the store to buy a new iPhone for my son. I went to the counter, where the guy snapped at me that I had to sign in. OK, done. Then we were told to wait until we were called. We were number 3 in line. There were 5 employees on the floor, and 2 of them were hepling the customers ahead of us. The guy at the counter was talkin sports with another employee. We walked around the store, and another employee came up and tried to sell us FIOS. I informed him that FIOS is not available in my building, but since he was trying to sell me something maybe he could help us buy our iphone. No deal, we had to wait until our number was called. Asked the guy at the counter why he couldn't help us. He claimed he was busy with the other customers (who were nowhere near him). It took me 1 hour to buy an iphone, in a store that had a ratio of 5:3 employees to customers. What the hell is wrong with these people?

This evening I stopped to pick up a wireless headset on my way home from dinner. I noticed that the store closed at 8pm, however they were still a few customers inside and it was 7:57pm when I got out of my vehicle. The doors were locked though, but what surprised me was two different employees walked by and ignored me till I tapped on the door to get their attention. A female employee who was sitting down with two customers came to the door and told me through the door "sorry, we're closed," my response was I raining and since there are others finishing up may I make a quick purchase." Again, to my surprise walked away and as I walked back to my vehicle in the rain she pointed at me and laughed as if I completely out of line. I got in my vehicle and another employee was letting customers outside, I asked to speak to a manager, his comment was barely understandable and he locked the door and the three employees all walked in the back of the store to never be seen again. I drove off and I seen the three of them standing by their lockers. They saw me, waved and laughed. What terrible customer service!

This place is a nightmare. When I walked in, there was about 3 employees walking around, and one couple being helped. I walked over to the wall of chargers to purchase a new one, and an employee asked me what I was looking for. After I found it, I walked towards the desk to get checked out. I stood there for about ten minutes as employees walked back and forth and refused to acknowledge me. That's fine, maybe they were busy. The initial guy who helped me was meandering in the background like he wasn't allowed to help me though, like checking me out at the register was beyond his skill set. After a while of waiting there I noticed even more employees who seemed to be hanging out in the back. The one employee who was actually working confronted me at a point, "did you sign in?" No sorry, but I just want to buy these chargers and leave. He seemed angry replying, "Well you have to put your name on the list, we're busy here!" That is not the exact quote but it was pretty close. The place was empty. Eventually this tall bald man approached me and said "are you being helped?" I've been here for 15 minutes being ignored, you've walked passed me multiple times and you can't ring me up? After all this I need to wait for someone else to come and ring me up? Finally this girl out of nowhere comes by with an iPad to ring us up. Never coming here again. Never seen a place run with such incompetence.
