Decent place. I tried using the credit card reader to put time on the clock, but it didn't work at all. Luckily I had some singles on me. The clock starts running immediately, like before you even finish putting in your money, which is stupid and annoying. I did 8 minutes, the soap brush worked great, lathered up everything and scrubbed. Then used the pressure wash to clean it all up. Tried the hot wax setting and I can only assume it worked fine. Attempted the rain x setting, but it got a dribble out of the wand. Maybe I did something wrong, but it wasn't helpful. Went back to pressure wash to finish out the 8 minutes, and I was set. Overall not bad, just felt rushed ....Oh, and I wish they had lights in the stalls so you could do it in the evening hours. I work overnights and that would have helped a lot.

Self service needs some maintenance and attention. But it still works very well. It's my go to car wash when I'm south of Toms River. Now the automatic car wash is the best one I have used. The vacuums sorry I can't communicate I don't use them I do it at home. So I have about 8 tokens that give you a token when you get the $15 car wash the ceramic spray. The tokens are good for the vacuums. I don't use them I do it a home.

Is it perfect? No, but what is? Machines break or malfunction; it’s their nature. The PEOPLE, however, are exceptional. When needed, the office personnel goes above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating and friendly. Don’t see that everyday, now do you?

Credit card swiper stole 15 bucks from me and never got to wash my car. It’s a scam.

I paid for the 10 dollar car wash, waited my turn and it did absolutely nothing. I even repositioned my car just in case that was the issue. Yet again, nothing happened. I lost my money and refused to pay for another wash.

i just went to this car wash and went through the automatic car wash. i got home and noticed the bristles scratched the hood and side of my car. i’m very upset about this because i just bought my car a month ago. i paid for waxing as well and it only put soap on and rinsed.

Maybe it was an off day but 3 put of the 4 bays were closed. There was no high pressure soap and no soap from the brush. Complete waste of money.

None of the vacuums are working. They take your money, turn on but don’t pick up anything. No vacuum pressure. 3 dollars wasted. Thanks for nothing.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

This place is a do-it-yourself car wash and I like that because the brushes at the autowash places scratch your car.I’ve used this place probably 6+ times and there’s never been anyone working. That wouldn’t be a problem if their soaps actually had soap in them and their vacuums worked.I have gone twice now and both times the Rain-X is completely out after I paid for it. So I went to the lane next to it, paid for it again (because I’ve spent all that time cleaning my car and I want to finish it), only for it to be out in that lane too.So now I’ve paid for 2 things I haven’t received.I went to vacuum my car with my friend who also brought her car. The pricing listed is inconsistent based on which vacuum you use and so you are deceived into how much you are paying for how long. I set a timer and it’s not even timed properly so they are literally stealing from you.Additionally, the vacuum head was broken (as it was on 3 other vacuums) and so it kept coming off. Eventually it wouldn’t go back on so I paid for yet another service I didn’t receive.Overall extremely disappointed and frustrated that there is no way to get your money back when you pay for services that they cannot provide.Obviously whoever owns this place does not care about customer satisfaction and just wants to take in money without doing the bare minimum like refilling soaps, replacing vacuum heads, and properly replacing pricing labels.Service: Vacuuming

I went to Waretown Car Wash yesterday just to vacuum the inside of my car. Having the option to use a card (rather than change) is great and for 6 minutes for only $2, I thought a great value. However, there is a red button and it says to press it to avoid extra charges. When I was done vacuuming before the 6 minutes were up, I tried pressing the red button and it didn't do anything. I waited until the vacuum stopped, which was only a minute later, so I figured it was fine and I left. Later, I checked my banking app and saw I was charged $15. I called the business and left a message, but have yet to hear back.Edit since Owner responded: I changed my review to be 4-stars because the $15 hold charge should be listed somewhere, but I do love the convenience of being able to use a card, and the vacuum worked quite well. Thank you for a speedy reply.Service: Vacuuming

Have used both self and drive thru services. I prefer the self so you can actual scrub down your car with a brush. Like the newer vacuums they have.

I had run into some issues with the touch less wash but the owners made right by the situation.

It looks like no one owns this business, it's busted, all garbages at vacuums are overflowing with trash. Do not recommend.
