Worst bank. Worst Wells Fargo. I moved from Bergen County. I give them a Zero. I was believed to verbally berrated in my perception because the tellers and managers once again denied my customer rights. I have a severe TBI and emotionally disconnected. They froze my debit card two times without explaining why? I lost it! I have had the same PIN since they were Wacovinva since 2001 for a severe neurological brain injury. It has been established not to be changed without any proper communication. It was forced to be changed. I have forgotten it even with constant attempts to keep it storage in my wallet. Even if they change it back, I am down with them. Because , once again, SSA regularly direct, and that being my only source of income- I have been unable to move. I have have given another bank 250 dollars to open another account. I cannot even process how to tell SSA. What is so sad, is how the disabled are treated. I have no walke;, no wheelchair; I did fall off a roof;I have an invisibility disability. This bank broke me down into tears. I asked several times for an explanation. My mother would say take your business elsewhere. I am wrong in a lot : I did not take an offer from another bank when I relocated- I am a grown man- I let a family member tell me Wells is better. Secondly, I yelled two times in this bank. Two wrongs do not make a right. I am a sick person. When professional people refuse to give you your money without explanation it is inexcusable? But it is definitely it excusable and improperly to yell. The police will come. But I am dumb. I keep going into an inexcusable bank for me, maybe not for you. I have to leave. It is a good bank for a lot of people. They do help help millions
Just not me. I have been a customer since 2001. Time too move on. Time for me maybe not you.

So I had a really bad experience at a nearby branch by Sunset Avenue (which I also reviewed), and had the opposite experience at this branch. As soon as we arrived, the branch manager made sure we were taken care of and both he and his banker worked with us to understand and resolve all the issues we encountered at the other branch. I felt throughout the process they understood exactly what needed to be done. I was very happy with their customer service skills, and frankly they kept me as a Wells Fargo customer. The visit could not have gone better. I will use this branch in the future!

I'm unhappy about my last experience. I used the drive thru for an atm deposit. The machine didn't accept one 100 dollar bill so I go inside and man tells me I have to call the 800 number. Meanwhile he looks up on the machine and saw that atm accepted the cash ?. The person on the phone filed a claim and it's been almost a week and I have not seen any such $100 posted to my account. I have rent coming up. I'm unhappy and from now on I'll go to Ocean Township branch. I have found from the past that they are much nicer.

The only bad expierence i had in this bank was helping translate for a friend of mine and a lady (Susana) was so lazy and so rude thank fully her manager came out and took care of it. He was very help full but this so called “lady “ just brings the place down … if you dont like what you do then might as well not work there. Im just shocked she had a job still ? anyways other than her everyone else was so kind and helpful!

Originally the girl who opened the door was quite rude. However, the general manager, Salvatore DiMaria, made up for it! He was extremely helpful!! My grandma needed something done the same day and he made sure to help us in every way he could. I would definitely recommend this bank!

Everyone was so helpful and kind. They greeted me at the door and held the door for me when I left, all with a smile.
