Budd in the main office was wonderful. He gave a fair estimate on the car and ordered the parts that same day. Always ask to speak to him. Not only have I found the last shop I will ever deal with but the calmness of the owner, Amy and the fact that I was a mess because my teenage son got into his first accident. The new Mazda 3 Turbo was literally a mess along the entire drivers side - cracked and broken panels, mirror completely taken off, bent rim, and a slew of other issues. Amy calmed me down and walked me through the entire process, along with working with my Insurance.
