Customer service behind the counter is not what it once was. They do have one individual during the week who is extremely nice and very helpful. But the weekend help is anything but and they can be quite rude to tell you the truth. The overnight guy raji or whatever his name is is a straight up 🤡. Rudest most obnoxious 711 employee i have ever met hands down. Has no clue how to use the register or Lotto machine or 711 rewards or anything. He has to be a relative of the owner because there's no other explanation how a rude ignorant person like him could possibly have this job

Nice place but I don’t know ..they advertise large coffee $1.49 with rewards and if you don’t ask for the promotion at the cashier…they never ask you to put your phone number to get the reward!!! Honestly I can get better coffee with the same money I pay without the promotion.(rewards).So why you advertise something and rarely you offering it to the customer?

Night crew short changes people,10/15 10:05PM2 monsters for 5, with state taxes total was5.33, gave him six and the guy pnly returned 65 cents, i know it doesnt amount to anything, but principles matter, clearly this store doesnt believe that, sad really.....

7-Eleven store at 2645 County Road / Route 516 and Gaub Road, Old Bridge, NJ 08857.? 2021 Sept.29 - latest in-store visit. Rating downgraded to 4 stars ? ? ? ?. To the Store Management - your employees are NOT allowed to ask for customer's phone number. Also, for purchases over $5, the customer should get a receipt unless of course you don't want customers keeping track of your store pricing of individual items. There's always a reason the store does NOT want to give out receipts.? 2021 Sept.28 - latest in-store visit. Nice and decent. SUGGESTION TO STORE MANAGEMENT - Cashier clerk should always give a receipt. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐? Latest on-site in-store visit ' 2021 Aug.11 - I wish the cashier would just give the customer a receipt even if the purchase is cash and under $10. Rating remains at ? ? ? ???
