Can’t say enough great things about this firm. My entire family has worked with John M for over 15 years for our tax filing needs. I particularly appreciate the time and attention to detail he provides us and how easy they make everything. They package everything nicely and everything is in one place when I pick up my file.

John is very knowledgeable and honest. In the past our tax return was complicated but John was always available to give us advice even after we filed. We have since moved an hour away but continue to go back to John because we trust him.

My husband and I have used this company for 48 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Everyone is professional, courteous and kind. They totally keep up with new laws and trends. Our questions are always answered and our experiences have been nothing less than excellent. Our adult professional children as well as our own siblings and parents have also used AJC with complete satisfaction. Would recommend this group to everyone!!! Not only does AJC do our annual tax returns, they successfully manage our investments. Great people and great service!!!!

I've been doing my taxes there for at least five years and even forwarded them clients. This year has been bad. They moved locations this past year and when I made my latest appointment they failed to tell me that they weren't in the same place. That was just a minor inconvenience after going to an empty store front and having to figure out where they relocated to. Now to the worst of it. Their office did not sent my request to the IRS thus causing a huge delay (Still don't have my return). I was lied to about dates submitted and to what the actual problem was/is. I understand mistakes happen but please don't lie. Why would I trust people with my money who are dishonest about facts that can easily be verifiable. I paid my fees in full on the day of my appointment but my request was never submitted to the IRS. When I went on the IRS app three weeks later I learned that my taxes were never sent. They only got sent out when I called to inquire and complain. I was told two lies about when they were actually submitted (which was after my call). And they never responded to my email. A month and three stories later, I still have not received an apology or more importantly my tax refund. Never again.
