I switched my lines from another carrier. I only had phone connections. But after signed up with AT&T for unknown reason to me was added two more lines ( one for watch and one for IPad). I didn’t know that I have extra two line and have been charged for them for 3 month because it was issues with the bill delivery as well. Find out only when I came into the store to speak to a representative why my 3rd month has a high bill as well.
Not a happy experience ! Won’t suggest to set up anything at this location.

Don't go to this store!!! I was a victim of fraud there!! The first time I went to activate a line and the attendant activated several services without my authorization. And now, I was on an international trip and I asked my son to go to the store, on June 3, 2024, to find out about roaming service. My son was seen by the manager, who had access to my 4-digit PIN and ..... amazing!!! A new line was activated, without my permission, and activated several services on that line, giving a total of $145 on that line alone!! I have already reported it as fraud and it is under investigation.
Don't go to this Store!

No good no recommend
I was active home internet Wi-Fi he’s promised me if you’re att costumore come up $35 bucks you can see in my att app but doesn’t come up in my att then I’m come in store manager told me how open my home Wi-Fi he’s gives you wrong information now I need to pay 100.24 no choice…..
Att workers like this today promised tomorrow different word!!!!

The service and attention from the staff member was perfect, but it is really disappointing that the store doesn’t keep all colors from the last iPhone model available . Unacceptable!
