He was able to solve my problems. The previous night I was on the phone for almost 2 hours with the so-called Tech supports and after bouncing me around to 3 different people , all they could tell me was am sorry and you know what that means. The so called tech supports are very clueless and they know what they are doing. It's better off to go any At&t and try your luck over there.

Andres was GREAT! Personally, I dread going to these AT&T places because 99% of the time the people that work there don’t know what the hell they’re doing! However, this guy… He had me in and out in five minutes knew exactly what needed to be done and didn’t keep me there any longer than I had to be. I won’t be going to another AT&T store this one’s it for me now from here on out.

I walked in off the street as a new at&t costumer. I didn't know how to use many features of the phone . The assistant was able to help me with all my questions. I would definitely recommend this at&t location .
