Went to get rid of motor oil, guy working there smelled it and said I added something to it, and that it smelled like gas. I showed him on the canister that it wrote petroleum oil. I asked if he had something to check to confirm it was oil. He said no, I can tell by smelling. Went to Advanced Auto Parts and they helped me out without any issues. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time.

I was at AutoZone today to change my windshield wipers. Had a little bit of trouble with it and Dan, the store manager, volunteered to come out in the cold weather and help me out. I wasn't expecting that. Great guy, and much appreciated. Will definitely come back to this place for my auto needs.

We had the best experience today at AutoZone. I needed new windshield wipers and was unsure which ones would fit. I went into the store to buy them (in a different car) and he suggested that I bring the car back to ensure that I was purchasing the correct sizes. After returning with the car, he removed the old wipers (one was especially difficult to remove) and sized the new ones and installed them - in the rain! He was patient, kind, and professional. It was so refreshing to work with people who are genuinely interested in providing great customer service.

Actually,it’s not my closest one . We heading to Walmart passing by this store! And those staffs are super friendly and professional ☺️Dan Cruz give us all parts suggestions which are so helpful, and solved my old auto problems ! And he manually helped me installed those parts which I can’t do by myself ,that was so lovely and helpful to me! Because I’m not that person could do anything about 🚗, if the store staff could help out those car-blank people, that such a great experience, specially in the cold 🥶 weather outside! I’m so appreciative your help, thank you again Dan Cruz!🫶👍👍👍
