I usually don’t make reviews but after Cory’s excellent service I had to this autozone is amazing and the reason I think so is because of Cory he helped me in a time of need when my car was broken down got me back on the road helped me change my battery even gave a hand while I was changing another part on my vehicle made sure if I needed anything I could count on him he even let me use the store bathroom to wash my hands due to the fact they were super dirty this type of customer service and kindness should be displayed in every workplace

Been in multiple times to pick up quick parts for my car and each time excluding one time (why it's getting two stars instead of one) I've had issues. Either on their website it says they have 5 of the item I'm looking for yet when I go in and look they don't and after looking for someone for 5min to ask if they do in fact have it they tell me if it's not on the floor they don't have it. Leading me to my next problem of just trying to find someone to ask questions or even to check out. It's impossible to find anyone around because everyone hides in the back. One time having a kid look around for 10 minutes till I finally just yelled in the store and someone appeared to finally checkout. Just a terrible AutoZone avoid it if you can.

so disappointed in service, I needed a battery the other day and store manager Nadiyah told me she couldn’t put it in because she didn’t know how to do it. I come to Autozone to change my battery all the time but I ended up going somewhere else for a battery because no one can help. I sure won’t be coming back.

The worker that help me install the battery was very helpful specially when your on vacation and really don’t bring your own tools. In and out in no time. Very satisfying. 54 5854 look like 58 was loud lodging. My hair is going all over you trying to read.
