They dropped the financial ball, so to speak, on a relatively uncomplicated inheritance matter. Both of the very young staff members I dealt with were courteous and well-intentioned but unfamiliar with the process so they had to conference with other locations, I had to fill out the form twice, and it took a month to resolve the transaction instead of roughly ten days. No substitute for experience, BoA.

Everyone there are very professional, polite and fast. I read a review before going and was horrified with what I will face. Luckily, none of them was true. Asmaa was great. She was very fast, polite and helpful.

I've been going to this location for years and it was great with friendly and helpful staff. However, since they redid the location and changed it to only accommodate a single teller, it has been nothing but long lines nearly every time. The staff is 5 star but the way they've redone the bank is a 2 at best. All it takes is one issue and a line forms throughout the lobby.

Went here to make a deposit and was told they only had 1 teller who was not available. How is that possible? 2 different employees in a rude manner mentioned that I needed to go to Marlboro for deposits. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go to another branch as I was on my lunch hour.

Incompetence is outrageous at this location. Staff trying to pass the buck and not properly assist clients. Went to another location and had zero problems getting exemplary service!

A bunch of uncoordinated idiots at this branch. I came in at 1:50 to open a checkings account. The only lady at the front desk kept telling everyone "we're switching out" referring to shifts, as she continued to sit there doing nothing for 10 minutes. I heard the entire conversation between the guy that came in after me and the stupid lady that I will not share details of but he did not have an appointment and was seen before me as well as someone who was there before me who just needed to withdrawal some money. Another lady came out of her office just to ask a bunch of questions rather than actually help people. She asked me what I needed and I told her and she referred to the guy that came in after me and said "he's going to be a while" because of what he was doing, again I'm not going to share his personal details. At that point I said "okay I'll come back another time" as I walked out none of the staff had any suggestions for me as apparently the lady taking care of the guy that came in after me was the only was able to help anyone. There was another staff member in his office with his AirPods on talking on the phone, it could've been a business call but it didn't look like it due to his body language. The other lady that came out of her office to ask questions apparently wasn't able to help anyone out. None of the staff members present offered to make an appointment for me and nobody even told me to have a nice day or anything. Zero stars and I will not be going back.

I’m a non BOA account holder who tried to cash a BOA check there and was denied because it was over $4000. They some broke boys in dere when I asked why they said the check was too big ??♂️ Or was it because I was too black? I have this on video btw

The bank was redesigned and there is only one teller. There is no one in the lobby to assist you. Very poor planning and customer service. The teller was nice and helpful but they need additional tellers.
