Used to be a good car wash place, but I'm unsure what happened. Just took it for a wash, and the front of the car and parts of the inside are still all dirty.

Great car wash! They truly do everything, and the unlimited plan is absolutely worth it. My car always comes out looking spotless and fresh. Highly recommend!

I purchased the ULTIMATE and got THE WORST. I hand tipped the first vacuum guy up front $10 and he didn’t even vacuum the front seats, I tipped 2 hand washers upfront $10ea and my dashboard, cup holders and shifter are filthy I asked for a good cleaning and paid for it dearly - didn’t spend one ounce of energy touching the the steering wheel or cup holders. $30 for the job plus $30 hand tips + $5 in the box. Perhaps they were insulted by my gratuity. DONE WITH BENTLEY I will boycott and badmouth until kingdom come!

My car was flooded with the floors soaked. They got me right in and were able to dry everything out. Best people =)

If I could give zero stars I would. I payed for the ultimate (which includes a pre-wash bath). Nothing was ever pre-washed. I asked the guy behind the desk what it was and he didn’t know. Walked back and forth for a few seconds then he went back to scrolling on his phone. Needless to say nothing was pre-soaked. Two guys out there vacuuming, yet one guy vacuumed one side, and the other guy did not. When I got back into my car, it was obvious that one side of the car was not vacuumed. Then… Seven guys outside the car with rags look to be drying and wiping down. When I was called over to my car I had to Ask one of them if they can finish wiping down the outside and interior of the car. Not worth the 30$ they charge for “ultimate”. I was ultimately disappointed. Will never go back here again.

After I paid the dumb lady watched me take a tree air freshener out of my bag and asked if I was going to pay for it. I’m the only one in the store and you watched me walk from the hallway straight to you to pay. Meanwhile it’s not even a brand of air freshener they sell there. And then gave me an attitude when I said I had it already. Nobody needs to steal a $1 air freshener. Won’t be returning

I paid for the supreme package which should have included vacuuming my carpets. It also appears that my sunroof was not cleaned and the dash was not fully wiped. A little frustrated for having spent the extra money and not receiving the service promised.

Terrible Experience
I paid for the cleaning of my car mats, and upon arrival, I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for a more thorough wash. However, this was not a request for additional payment for comprehensive interior cleaning, but rather for the bare minimum service.
I opted for the highest package available, expecting a reasonable level of effort in vacuuming, cleaning the mats, and wiping down the interior. Unfortunately, nothing was done. The inside of my vehicle was left completely unvacuumed and filthy.
I had even placed a tip in the tip box before inspecting my vehicle. When I pointed out that the service I paid for was not performed, the staff informed me that their focus was on the exterior, as it was just a car wash.
There seemed to be a complete disregard for customers' money and a lack of acknowledgment of their inadequate service. It felt as though there was no care whatsoever for fulfilling the obligations associated with the service I paid for.

Although I’ve been going to Bentleys for years and years with no issues it’s getting to be very pricey, I went yesterday the bill was $36 ish I went home and had to finish wiping down the inside, the doors had white marks on them , had my mats cleaned but near pedal and sides of seats was all full of salt idk maybe for $36 they really do not clean the inside , it wasn’t crowed which I figured they would take more time on my car but they didn’t time to move on Bentleys sorry ! The lack of care is going downhill

Beware Paint Peeled Off. I went to this car wash on 1/25/2025. I immediately noticed that they did not clean the center console which I chucked up to them being busy. As they leave the driver door open once they are done, I did not notice that their jets peeled off a large section of the paint from the driver door. It wasn’t until I got home and exited my car that I realized the paint was completely peeled off. I am beyond disappointed and upset.
