I went to Carousol with my dad and when I sat on the chair the owner was cutting my hair and while he was doing that he was talking to his friend and was getting distracted and completely messed up my sideDon't go here this place is completely Horrible.

My brother had a terrible time because the person who cut his hair was talking to somebody else and not focusing and did not make it even on both sides.

Absolutely horrible! Sent my son to get a haircut with his dad for school picture retakes and this place chopped my son up. His hair had long pieces all over the place. And the one side had a length gap of inches. They cut it up high and then down low. No blending the lengths and of course you can't undo cutting too short. Way too short.I seriously don't understand why this place is still open or why people even come here still. I came here when I was a kid and they screwed up every time! Made my mom pay to fix it! This place is a complete rip off and should be avoided at all costs.

Came to Carousel today to have an up-do done for my niece's wedding and was thrilled with the result. Donna ribboned the back of my hair beautifully and I received compliments all day! It also stood up to extreme heat and humidity. Donna was an absolute pleasure through our appointment and I highly recommend her and Carousel.Service: Hairstyling

I have been going to carousel for over 15 years now. I love the staff and Nikki is an excellent hair dresser! I would recommend them to anyone!

I love my stylist's haircuts but she rarely accomodates walkins. My job requires me to work on call, so I cannot book an appointment. I've tried numerous times over the last year and am willing to wait 2 or 3 weeks for her to accomodate a walkin but she never lets me know when she's there already and has an extra timeslot available. The mixed reviews and photos on this page make me less confident in trying another stylist at the same salon. I've tried 3 other stylists at other salons but it's never as nice of a haircut. The communication issues are why I'm giving 3 stars and not 5. I'm trying another salon because the front desk today told me all the stylists take walkins typically.

I had the best experience . I was feeling low and after getting my highlights I felt like a new person, not only did he make me look beautiful, he complimented me genuinely making me feel beautiful too.
