This store has taken a nose dive - the new phone system is HORRIBLE- can’t speak to anyone - have to leave a message and hope and wait for a call back. In addition to that half the time they are out of what I went there to get. Totally ridiculous - I’ll be going somewhere else for my prescriptions now

Bought an apple giftcard here, and it was totally destroyed when I unpackaged it. Lady at the counter refused to give me a new one or refund me despite the fact I DID NOT GET MY PRODUCT. Disgraceful behavior. I’m now sat on a call with Apple, which she referred me to, and they cannot seem to help me. Come here if you want to lose your money

One of My items was not out yet. As ppl were busy helping customers and putting out stuff.
The associate asked if I needed help & I explained that I needed Arizona..
.. she said I Will check ✔️
She made My day because I didn't feel well.
I didn't want to Chase down stuff CVS did not have..
I very much appreciated that she went to the back & brought out 2 gallons of the green tea.
If stuff is not out on the shelves yet..
It's very nice to know that there's people who Care..
Thank again, this is the only store I use in this shopping 🛒 center..
And again I saw it not yet out. Of course I thought I had to go driving around looking for the last 2 items..
It was very nice & kind.

The only thing that I don't like about it is that to get service can take forever sometimes. Other than this, CVS stores are the best.

A few years ago, i didn't post a review after a few horrific trips here. They have improved over the past few years, but i will still only use CVS, if absolutely necessary.

Their Automated phone system is the absolute worst. When you were calling the pharmacy, you want to speak to somebody and should have that option. But, their automated system when you call just lead you around in circles and never gives you an option to speak with someone. It doesn’t matter If it is an emergency or not, you need to leave a message. Automated systems are not always the answer. In a medical setting, whether it is a doctors office, hospital, Pharmacy you should be able to speak with a live person and not be on the phone for ten minutes end up, leaving a phone number for a callback.

I have shopped at CVS for quite sometime.
I am a senior and I find the personnel at CVS are very helpful not only to seniors but all clientel.
They are always very polite and willing to help with questions and suggestions.

My pharmacy need I find easy here.
Over all staff is great, cooperative and respectful.
