David and Ellen are the only team I’d recommend working with for your real estate needs! From our initial phone call together, I can tell they had our best interest at heart. We primarily went house hunting with David and his knowledge and experience superseded our expectations. He was so helpful and thorough during tours of prospective homes and it really helped us make the most informed decision possible. David did an amazing job with helping us close on a house in a difficult market. He was always on top of it and was quick to address any and all questions that we had. Another great thing about David is that he works with an amazing team and has excellent referrals when it comes to doing various things. He’s like a walking yellow book yet he’s very transparent and won’t sugarcoat anything. You can trust that you’ll be in good hands with David!

I appreciated his overall knowledge of the real estate market but more so his technical understanding of the house systems and upgrades, which allowed him to market those improvements better. We reached out to David the end of year to start our home buying process the beginning of the New year. In this insane market here we are at the beginning of April as new home owners. David’s amazing negotiation skills enabled us to only make one offer. It was accepted and not even at best and final. We would highly recommend him as your realtor - buying or selling. Ellen and team has been absolutely great in helping me on the journey to sell my family home. With the market the way it has been, I relied on their expertise to price it right, put the house up in February and have an open house on a snowy SuperBowl Sunday (for those serious buyers) and was able to close within two months. Buying and selling a house is difficult enough, buying and selling your parents home when they are not thrilled about the idea of moving is even more difficult. Ellen and David were the perfect team for us. David worked with my husband and myself to guide us through the process and to ensure that we were able to find and buy the perfect house for our parents health and happiness. Ellen worked with my in-laws to make sure that they were comfortable with the sale and to support them through a very emotional process. We went from "we will never move" to being completely moved into a new home within 6 months, and that never would have been possible with the Rosenbaum team. Each one of them played a role in making this transition a success. We cannot thank them enough for helping our family through this, they took care of us not only financially but emotionally and you cannot ask for more from a realtor.
