The customer service was excellent from the time of my arrival to the completion of my purchase. They assisted me in every way to bringing my ideas to life. They even helped put my moms pic inside the heart flower arrangement as I had imagined it. On the day of the funeral, everything looked so perfect and beautiful. I am very glad I used Allure Floral. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was some miscommunication regarding drop off time and breaking down of materials when I booked them.
