First time dealing with Tahl, He was great.I purchased two units, the first unit I had shipped to my cousin. All went well.The second unit was for me, I purchased it last summer. It was a dolphin with Wi-Fi capabilities. The power unit stopped working in August , since then Tahl has told me several times my new unit is in the mail. It’s on the way. It’ll be there next week. Although he did give me a temporary power unit to use,I would like the power unit that I purchased with the cleaner!He doesn’t answer any text messages every once in a while If I catch him on the phone,he will tell me it’s in the mail.I would not purchase anything from this guy !!!!!!!!

If anyone needs to buy a robot for their pool - use Tal. He is amazing!!! Always answers the phone - always helpful. Even when I didn’t buy from him - he helped me. Because he was so great, I bought my next robot from him.

I used the For A Cleaner Pool to repair my Premier Inground Pool vac. They offered an inexpensive temporary fix that allowed me to continue using the pool vacuum while waiting for parts from Maytronics. It really helped us manage the pool during swimming season, I would highly recommend For A Cleaner Pool.

Fantastic experience with this company. The cord on my pool vacuum robot (dolphin nautilus) snapped off. It was still under warranty and Dolphin gave me a list of approved vendors. I called a few places that didn't want to help at all, but this company was amazing. The gentleman came to my house and was there in an hour. The new cord was back-ordered so he fixed the old one to get it in working condition until the new one came in. Once it came in, he came back and put the new one on. He is very knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and does an incredible job. I really can't say enough good things about the service I received. I'll be letting Dolphin know my experience as well.

Had a problem with my Dolphin 4 Series vacuum. Owner came right away and helped me get the vacuum up and running. The next day, my vacuum wasn't turning on so I called for a follow up. He gave me over the phone suggestions that worked. What impressed me most is that he called me the next day to ensure it was still working and offered to come back and fix at no cost if the issue persisted. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommmed.

Exceptional!Called in for a warranty repair on my robotic pool cleaner. The gentleman shows up within 30 minutes and 30 minutes later my cleaner is up and running. All under warranty. Doesn't get better then this!

I had a problem with my Polaris 9350 , at six years old, it stopped working. I called Tal and he came the same day, he had it fixed for a very reasonable price in 48 hours. Saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend his work.

We’ve used them for repairs a few times before at the store, but this time Tal really went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough. Our pool vacuum stopped working, and after calling, he came the next day and verified it was the power box that failed. Not only did he help us find out it was under warranty, he made all arrangements with the company to get us sent a new one. He could’ve charged us for a new one or charged us to repair ours. Incredible to find such an honest person in business these days! We greatly appreciated his help in getting us back up and running so quickly! (Posting on behalf of my dad, James Moriarty, who has no idea how to use google or leave a review (HAHA) but wanted to make sure he acknowledged Tal & his honesty!)

I have been using For a Cleaner Pool for a few years now and Tal(the owner) never disappoints. Always kind, courteous and accommodating. He came to my house at 7:15am just to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend using him and his company.

We have a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus that stopped working. I called to schedule a diagnostic and the cleaner was repaired the very next day! Very knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I would highly recommend!
