Came to this GameStop and was helped by Adam and Sarah on two separate occasions and they were the best at helping me and being so nice and I recommend that they be rewarded for this. They are so great with their customers had a great experience and will always come back here.

Ordered a pre-owned Nintendo switch on online for pick up, the switch was dusty, came dead, and had no wiring included to charge. I called the store, manager was very nice. But unfortunately the only way we could have gotten the wires is if I brought the switch back to a store, Which is inconvenient since I already gifted it.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in awhile! Adam was friendly, polite and extremely diligent. He took the time to double check things before answering my questions, and at the particular time that I came I. There was a. Rush of trade ins. 3 people including myself trading in, along with 2 additional customers. Adam was able to coordinate this extremely well and got us all taken care of extremely fast considering the demand. All while attending to phone calls as well. This GameStop is out of the way for me I only came because it’s the only that had what I wanted in stock. But now I’m thinking it might just have to be my main GameStop!

I just came to look for some things on my Birthday and ADAM was so cool, professional and just genuinely sparked a conversation with me without trying to sell me and just being a Real Gamer dude! I felt so horrible that his GameStop
doesn’t have these head phones he recommended me or I would’ve bought from him. Amazing dude and please keep being you. So many associates suck and give bare minimum. This dude, gives you what you expect when you walk in a store! Amazing service!

I went in to trade in an old console and they made it so easy that I came back and traded in a couple old Apple Watches. The employee Sara was great and helpful. While I was using my credit she was patient and answered all my questions. Just a great experience from a great employee! Thank you!

I drive 40 minutes away from my house when i have to go to game stop. Meanwhile i have game stop 2 minutes from me. I go because there is an employee named Adam. He's wonderful always helping out and going out of his way. He also is very knowledgeable. Has alot of patience as well.

Adam was incredible. I was in to purchase a PS portal and required was signing up for a GameStop account.
He singlehandedly manage multiple customers (3-4) with such finesse while facilitating our membership sign up. He didn’t make us feel left out. He was clear and concise with every detail and was also able to explain highlighted warranty coverage to each customer for that particular product we were getting.
10/10 customer service !

I come here for all of my ROBLOX cards. $10, $15, hell, I'll even get a $20 ROBLOX card. This is because I buy roux from my cousin who is illegally selling meth, but anyways, I love this GameStop.
