I was giving the attention I needed, and all the help I needed, to fill out forms to visit the apartments everything was 100% explained to where I can understand, I couldn't have asked for a warmer welcomed feeling especially from the girls in the office and most of all to Nikki Gonzalez who was absolutely fantastic thank you so much.

My name is Joy and I live at Glenwood. Glenwood is a very clean and safe neighborhood. Everything is pretty much accessible from here. Jean-marie, Marie, and Rose Marie are wonderful and the maintenance staff is very professional and quick to respond. John always takes care of any maintenance issues i have and that makes a world of a difference. There's plenty of parking and Bob the security guard makes sure the laundry rooms are always safe. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a studio, a 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom apartment to take a tour.

Again I want to compliment the maintenance and front office
Gary, George, Colleen, Nicole and anyone else I missed. They are all very professional and friendly. This was my first apartment experience and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better one. Nothing is perfect which is why the human aspect is important.

Andrew is a great guy he was a life saver. I had threw my medication in the garbage by mistake. I called maintenance he came right over went in the dumpster and found it for me. I cannot thank him enough! This is definitely someone you want working for you!!

We have lived here for almost 14 years. We can not express more, how happy we are in Glenwood. Our apartment is spacious, beautiful and I adore the walk-in closet.
Whenever there has been an issue and have called maintenance they have ALWAYS responded within 15 minutes And have always made us feel as if we were top priority.
All of the maintenance staff are courteous and kind.
I give this place 5 stars, if I could it would be a ten.

John helped out with a service request where our AC wasn’t going under 80. He was over to the apartment within a few minutes of calling and was able to identify the issue and fix it.
