Update: I’ve gone a few times, all great!! Until I went this morning and just had another horrible experience. The Store Mangers must be saints because most of their team members seam to be rude and… not great. I don’t recommend going here unfortunately; Rentals Team? 😵💫👎

At home Depot getting a Penske truck rental, they have this 95 year old man doing the process by himself, line longer than 9 am Monday morning at Welfare they shouldn't have him back here by himself, I've been waiting for 2 hours for my chance to get my rental, I'm finally at the front of the line and He has left multiple times during my rental process to help other people, halfway through the rental process and helping other people he advised me that somebody else already has the truck that I rented, and now he has to get me a different truck. This is a crazy horrible experience. Would definitely never ever come here for a rental. Find somewhere else entirely

Has honestly gone downhill lately,all you can smell is pot.i guess the employees smoke it regularly in the store.Help is almost none existent in a few departments and the lumber selection isn't that good.I will say the tool section and hardware are decent.

I went shopping at the garden center today and the cashier was very rude and condescending. She obviously did not want to be there and do her job. Clearly need to work on their customer services.
