I don't like the way these big stores take over then offer bad service.It's not enough people working in every aisle. It's very time consuming for contractors. Every trip is like you wasted a day of work shopping there. I rather the small places where you get One on one service.

They always have things I need and easy to find. Very organized. When you need help finding something, there's always someone there. I love the layout of this store. Wish all the stores are like this one.

Ordered materials for curbside pickup, had major app problems and had to go inside. Some materials they said where out of stock. I went over to area where the materials where at and it is Very Dis-Organized! I found the materials I needed, which where thrown about the shelves. HD is losing money on stuff they can't keep organized and I'm losing time because of it! I'll keep going to the supply house when I can to skip this headache! Tried calling there, which is virtually impossible. All you get there is the manager and a bunch of clerks looking at their phones and running around. This store is not unique from the other HDs. I'll bet when the profit margin runs low, they'll just put another 10% pass their inefficiencies on us working guys.

Love this place. When I go inside, I feel like a kid in a candy store. The staff is very helpful and always eager to help out.

HD will always be weak when it comes to service: broken saw, down now over a month, no help finding things even after a page-- you can find it on the app but the wifi is weak in the stores, but I found everything myself.

Can I give a 0 rating? Purchased a dishwasher and paid for HD to install it. The unit was installed incorrectly and then wouldn't work. Called Samsung warranty service and they say that unit can't be fixed since there's permanent damage due to installation. Called HD and they say they will pick up unit and redeliever on Jan 18th. It told them to refund me. Ordered new d/w on the 16th and was installed on the 18th. No issues. Home depot you suck. And thank you for sending me this reminder to provide a review.

Less crowded than most home depots during a weekday. The staff is great. Sometimes parking can be tricky during weekends.

The story started on July 2023 when I went to buy a bundle Samsung fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer, I expected my delivery to be done before our anniversary because it was my gift to my wife, I expected the delivery to be done after 1 week then it didn’t happen, I was calling to find out what happened with my delivery they said my order was cancelled and no one informed me, I changed the order so I can get it and I expected the delivery to be done on August and guess what , my order was rescheduled to September then to October then November 25, finally Samsung called me to tell me I had to change the model because my model was in back order and I AGREED TO a different model which I didn’t want just to get my delivery on December 2nd and I called 3 days ago to confirm that the order would come on time today , guess what the manager told me 100% would come today, I waited for the delivery and when the driver was about 5 minutes away he called to tell me that he would be here on time but here is the surprise, the driver told me that he didn’t have the fridge with him, so I didn’t believe him and I asked him to confirm he said he didn’t have it, HOME DEPOT MANAGER, said that he had the fridge the driver said he didn’t, Samsung confirmed that the fridge should be deliveredWHO SHOULD I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!No fridge after 5 months waiting and 5 times hiring someone to install my appliances and after I already offered my old appliances for donationHow can you trust HOME DEPOT AGAINHOW CAN YOU TRUST SAMSUNG AGAINthat is why I never bough Samsung phone and I would never buy Samsung appliancesJust ridiculous companyHOME DEPOT AND SAMSUNG
