Horrible! First told me I was getting back a lot of money, I thought my taxes were filed on time, I kept checking my refund status and it kept telling me it was never received, called and I was told that their was a problem with my taxes had to go back in had to redo my whole income tax, as another person was doing it over she realized that the first person made a mistake so at that point I ended up owing money and my taxes were submitted late! Now I am getting fees in the mail for late filing! I never got an apology or how about a refund for the money they charged to do my taxes! This was at the Old Bridge location!

If I am able to give this location zero stars, I would. My fiance went into this specific H&R Block location to get assistance for filing his taxes. He realized that it was last minute and was seeking some kind of assistance. When he walked into this location, an older woman spoke to him. As he expressed his last minute request, she responded unprofessionally by saying “are you joking,” followed by laughter. Respectfully, my fiance said thank you and left. I honestly did not like how she responded. A simple no I cannot help you would have been okay. If you have to file taxes whether on time or last minute, please think twice before coming here.

This place is a joke! I brought my stuff in there and they claim they don't have most of the forms I dropped off and nobody bothered to call me and tell me or return any phone calls I made to them. Now my taxes are late thanks to their incompetence.

Ended up getting bad information from here and then even worse info at another HR block when I moved. Done with this company entirely. Cant wait for NJ to join the FreeFile IRS program.

this was the worse tax year out of my 10 years of filing taxes, my tax advisor Laverne Wilson Really Sucked I Think She's Up To Something With My Taxes She Has Yet To Return A Call Or Text But Took My Whole State Taxes & Won't Help With What I Paid For Her Assistance With Last Year My Preparer Was Awesome Which Led Me Back This Year For DISAPPOINTMENT Won't Be Coming Back‼

Messed up my tax return! Now IRS is saying I owe more money than I was told by my tax pro. I’m trying to get in contact with anyone at this location and no one picks up! I call on the two or three days they are here and they still don’t pick up. Terrible freakin people. Just care about their money and nothing else. They don’t care if they mess up and they won’t take any responsibility for their actions!
