One register clerk did not know how to credit a return to original form of payment (credit card) and instead gave me store credit. I questioned it and clerk blamed the system. I further questioned it and second clerk was worse bc she gave me meaningless word salad full of nonsense. I asked for manager who was the worst one bc she defended them and said they just didnt know how to process it. Nobody apologized and they all were sour. Clerks need basic training and manager sb fired. Go to the other loft in shrewsbury for a nice experience and forget about old bridge.

Love loft and their products but the staff in this location are not the friendly. At most times they seemed annoyed.

So here's a strange turn of events casual and lounge wear have gone up in price, leaving the fabulous Loft at half the cost!!!The shop is clean and organized and almost near empty. If there is a petite woman in your life go now!!

They carry plus, regular and petite sizes. They also offer jewelry and various accessories. No shoes or purses find though.

The staff is nice. The only downside is they stopped carrying plus sizes a few months ago. So, there is no need for me to shop there anymore. I’m sad. But companies do what companies do...

I came here to do some Black Friday shopping, my one and only stop for the day, and not only did they not have my size for so many things, but also their cashiers had a glitch in the system, so I couldn't pay with my Loft card and collect points. The worst part was that they were so understaffed so the line took forever. We were literally standing there for about fifteen minutes to make a purchase. And when it was my turn, there wasn't much time to resolve my card issue. Hoping to go to another location for that, but I hope they staff more on big shopping days like today.
