“My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.”
“Today was my second time visiting this post office, and the notary named Sandra was incredibly helpful once again. She is always professional, patient, and truly knows what she is doing. Every time I come, she takes the time to help properly and makes the process so much easier.

“Everyone is friendly and does their best to get the line moving. Aside from that, I would not recommend for prints. My project had a lot of delays. I was giving a quote and the final print was 2X as expensive and it was 3 to 5 shades darker that it was supposed to be - all middle colors/tones were black or close to blank, off-whites were solid yellow-orange (it's as if someone altered the image brightness and saturation before printing), the paper was rolled in a way where creases damaged the ink. It was a waist of time and money. I had to get it reprinted elsewhere.”
“Everytime I come to this shop, everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I always get quick and efficient service and the new design of the store is so nice and clean. Daniel is always awesome, even when he is working alone and it's busy, he helps everyone and is always pleasant and friendly.”

“I love this UPS store, all of the staff are super friendly and polite always willing to help. I do all of my returns here ( and that’s quite a few! lol), I have also used them for business handlings and they have always went above and beyond to provide quality service. I go out of my way to visit this location as my delivery’s and returns have always arrived promptly. They recently opened a new UPS location closer to me, but the service was terrible, I will continue to bring my business here, Keep up the great work.”

“I prefer this location over the downtown one on Main Street mostly because parking there can be such a hassle. This spot is much easier, especially with the Tano Mall lot right there.
The man who seems to be the owner is almost always there working and is consistently pleasant to interact with, which makes a difference.
Another small thing I appreciate is that they often open a little earlier than the posted hours, which makes it really convenient to stop in quickly in the morning.
Overall, just a more convenient and reliable experience than the other nearby option.”
