“The Quest Hazlet location is convenient and office is spacious and clean, appointment time alert on screen is very clear. Christine who drew my blood was very nice, patience, professional and she did excellent work as my blood vein is very small and difficult to locate. She found it and got to my vein with ease with the butterfly. I did not feel any pain and only tiny needle mark . I highly recommend her.”

“This place was recommended by our pediatrician for our 1 year old's first bloodwork since birth. We were a bit worried about how she'd handle it, but thanks to the technicians it went great! The whole process took under 20 minutes, which was fantastic. They were really good with our toddler and found a good vein right away. We'll definitely come back here next time.”
“We are using Qwest Diagnostics for many years. The TEXTING notifications from Qwest are clear and to the point. The place itself is clean and roomy. My registration was swift ( 3 seconds on line) and I was called for my appointment within 4 minutes after my arrival.
I was greeted kindly and the procedure went smoothly and fast.
My test results were received on my cell phone the same day of my bloodwork.

“I walk in this place with no appointment. I should rate more than 5 stars if I could, my experience here last week was fantastic. I always had a hard time searching for an affiliate facilities of my insurance but the receptionist she was very nice and helpful. They told me at first they don't usually accept walk ins. The receptionist accommodated me, she get my insurance card and script she brought at their office and I just waited maybe 15 minutes Jessica the lab tech approach me and let me in at the room. Jessica is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous.”

“If you have an appointment, your usually called within 5 minutes of appt time regardless of how many people in waiting room (they call appointments before walk-ins regardless of who was there first).”
“Quick, efficient and customer-friendly. Came there at 7 am, left at 7:12, got results the next day.Try to get there as early as possible - they open at 7 am. It gets crowded later in the day. Also, after 8 am they require a scheduled appointment.”
