I feel like the shape of my nails is off. The gel looks very bulky and chunky and a bit uneven/unsymmetrical. I wanted an almond shape, but they look more like a mountain. The top is very pointy and the middle is bulky and wider than the base of my nail. I paid $75+ for the gel w/ the simple design + tip :(

So my wife been going to this place for sometime now and generally been pretty ok nothing special. Every once in a while she will complain about how the technician won’t follow what she wants but did not even bring it up to the manager. However today when she went for her appointment that was scheduled over 2 weeks ago, Kevin tells her that the appointment was made for the wrong day and very rudely that he can not fit her in and start to get an attitude about it. When the appointment was missed it was not communicated properly and Kevin did not seem to care about it. But what Kevin doesn’t understand is that there is 5 salons within 1 mile from him and he is not offering anything special. The service is average on a good day so why frustrate myself and take crap from someone who does not care. Taking my money somewhere else because that maybe something he can understand.

I had bad experiences at few of neighborhood salons and started doing my own nails. I finally decided to try again at model nails and am so happy I did. They welcome you and are so friendly here.My nails come out amazing every time and last aaand are very reasonably priced (thank you may!). Is this a fancy high end salon no but they def do high end work and to me that’s what counts

He refused to give me an appointment because I was only doing my eyebrows. Mind you someone recommended Helen on the Old Bridge Facebook page. He scheduled 2 appointments while I waited for even an acknowledgment that he couldn’t fit me on any day.

Amazing services and amazing staff. they are so flexible with dates and times when making an appointment. Michele always does my nails and they come out amazing each time and i never have any complaints, i could go 4 weeks without getting my nails done they look that good when other places id be back in 2 weeks

The owner demanded that I give a tip to the worker because he said that they cannot live without the tips. As far as I know tips are optional, and he should pay his employees enough so that they do not have to rely on tips. Also he is very rude.
I do not intend to use this establishment again and do not recommend it.

I love Kevin he is the best anytime I call he is polite , upbeat and always gets me an appointment.. sometimes I even forget to make one for a pedi and they somehow always manage to squeeze me in ?
