The mechanic didn’t get the notes on what to do and did things they weren’t supposed to. They broke a part and then tried to charge us for it - they did not charge us for it in the end admitting fault. They diagnosed the vehicle and had the wrong diagnosis, then charged me for the diagnosis and that’s not what’s wrong with it. I believe I should get a refund. I am very unhappy with the service.

I felt cheated and taken advantage of. When settling the bill, the cashier asked for my payment method. Told her credit card then noticed a hefty surcharge on the receipt. When i asked the cashier about it, she said there's a surcharge for credit cards. I was not informed about this and there's no sign on the credit card machine stating this. The cashier should have mentioned the surcharge when asking about the payment method. That should have been part of her job to notify the customer when asking the payment method. I asked her to reverse the charge so i could pay with debt. The cashier stated she can't reverse the charge and that there's signs at the door entrance about the fee. On the way out through the Service Department, i asked an employee where's the sign about the credit card fee, even the employee didn't know and didn't notice a sign about credit card fees. Then after inspecting one of the front doors, i saw a very small sign that's barely noticeable and easily missed about the fee. Felt very shady and seemed an attempt to get more money out of the customer. I'll be looking to service my vehicle elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars. Talk about absolute robbery in a dealership offering oil charges for free for life then after 1 year they cancel it and now are charging over $100. It so sad because they are so close to my house and now when I get my new truck I know they can’t be trusted no matter what.

Michael was honest and a pleasure to deal with. We thought we needed new brakes and he determined that it was just a minor maintenance issue and the brakes were fine . Lots of people would have tried to push the unnecessary repair. I will defnitley be back to service out truck again.

Came in with a possible air conditioning issue, and while it turned out that there was no issue present, the EV tech took his time to source out what may have led to my trouble. The service manager was super approachable and explained what was going on each step of the way.

I've leased 3 or 4 cars from Quality Chevrolet and I've had them and my Pontiac serviced there for as long as I can remember. The service dept is efficient and always does a great job.
