Honestly don’t know how start this !I’ve been coming here for years.The cashier/sales rep Alyssa or alison whatever her name is. Rings me up tell me theirs a promo if I spend 40 I get a free gift sure whatever. Then proceeds to ring me up for an item to bring me to the $40 then after I pay. She proceeded to take the item away. I’m showing her on the receipt she scanned it I paid for it, it’s an item I should be taking with me . Literally scrunches and she’s arguing me saying noPlease teach ur sales associates the promos and how to ring up items and etc. it’s frustrating to spend more time in a store then you intended plus to be arguing with a customer!Never again

I had a wonderful experience at Sally’s today. Gianna helped me out so much, and was patient with me. AND even wrote down the steps of what products to use in order. I appreciated everyone’s warmless in the store. The manager was very helpful also. I know for sure I walked out smiling. Thank you.To add on I feel like the prices in Sally’s are reasonably priced and a great spot to get hair products.

Thanks to Claudia and her color correcting skills. She was able to lead me to the right products to fix my hair. My hair is naturally very dark almost black and I came in with a muddy green at the ends that wouldn't come out, and some different colored blondes with orange on top. She gave me specific directions that I followed and it worked!!! My hair is fixed and just what I needed for summer. I have never been more satisfied. My hair is sunkissed caramel with pretty tones all evened out and perfect. What would have cost me $400 at the hair salon cost me only $35 thanks to the $20 that was taken off because she also helped me get a store credit card. So not only did I save $20 on my purchase but the card helped me build my credit! And it was a plus since I shop at Sally's often. She is a major blessing!!! Thank you Claudia!!!

Where do I begin. How rude must you be to tell a paying customer that “they can wait,” while she, the only employee in the store finishes a conversation with a friend. I would be shocked but based on reviews this employee is a repeat offender. What kind of customer service training is being offered, because it seems there needs to be retraining. Maybe how to deal with persons of color, a thought since her demeanor is so different when dealing with a white counterpart. I’ve forgiven some of her antics in the past because I just have no time, but the fact she was this blatantly rude prompted me to review the store. Sally’s you need to do better, honestly no one cares about your employees visits to Aruba and how much Jersey sucks and whatever said employee carried on about rather than ringing up customers.. today is the last day I spent a dollar at your location.

They need to fire the store Manager Trina. The woman is horrible. She treats her employees like crap. I never see the same people working here. There's always someone new and I'm sure it's because she makes them all quit. She yells at them for doing their job and following corporate return policy. She makes up her own return policies out of nowhere like the money is coming out of her pocket. If corporate has a policy of giving a customer store credit for unreceipted products THEN THAT IS THE POLICY FOR ALL STORES! You can't just make up your own store policy and then yell at your employees for following company policy. The woman is a problem and she needs to be FIRED for the way she treats customers and employees. Do not go to this store with a product and no receipt expecting them to adhere to company policy. They will treat you like you stole something and it's because the store manager told the employees to treat you that way or they get punished. HORRIBLE boss and service worker.

The cashier who rung me up today, was very rude and impolite, I truly believe she just doesn’t like POC/minorities. There were tons of other people ahead of me in line whom she engaged in friendly conversation with, making recommendations and being super polite. When I got to the register not only did she fail to ask if I wanted to purchase a bag or if I needed one (I had bought about 5-6 bottles of product). In addition she just stared at me in the most unkind manner. I asked to pay for my products in 2 orders, as some of the products were not directly for me. When asking to do so, she caught an attitude. My first time coming to this store, the people were very kind and polite. This incident however makes me never want to return here. Go where your business is valued and people are kind to you!

The lady working here has the worst attitude!! No respect for minorities!! Overall the staff here is incredibly rude and has terrible customer service skills. Visit other locations if possible.

I've been using Sally's since I was a girl and I wish I had better to say but honestly this location has been nothing but an unfortunate pain to me. The older women working there are constantly giving problems to minority customers, the last three times I went they weren't open half an hour after opening, stock is always out or low and staff acts like checking inventory is the bane of their existence. I had one good experience over my last dozen there. If you want to take the chance go for it but after 3 years of going to this location I'm finally taking my business elsewhere.

the last time i went there, the lady at the register wouldn't let me buy 30 volume developer and she forced me to buy 40 volume. i've been bleaching and dying my own hair for years, i know what developer i use. and then she tried to force me to sign up for something after i said no thank you many times. horrible horrible experience

I've been coming to this location for years and the staff has always been incredibly helpful and kind. Most recently I brought a wig in that was incredibly brassy. I wish I got the girls name but she was so helpful in finding me the proper mix of products to use to fix my mess and even let me know to come back if anything. She knew her stuff because in one toning session I got the exact color I was looking for and au couldn't be happier! it

I just want to say Amy was amazing!! She recommended the perfect product that I needed!! I was shopping for a purple shampoo for my hair and she is not only knowledgeable about the product she recommended which was Blonde Brilliance!! But she is also passionate I had some hesitancy trying a new product but she told me different ways to use it and offered advice on caring for my recently blonde hair! Also she has great taste in TV shows! Never let this amazing woman go!! I def will be back!!!!
