Sets is the best and most FUN gym I’ve ever come to. I never dread coming to class. All of the coaches are so great and helpful, and all of the members are like family. I brought a few of my cousins as guests and they fell in love with it as well. I can’t recommend Sets enough!!

The best environment to start your fitness journey. Everyone is super helpful, and the classes are easy to follow through. I would say the better you get, the more challenging it becomes. In the beginning, try to just catch your breath!
