Tried to return my trade-in today. Rep couldn't get the computer to work, didn't try to ask for help - just started to get a return kit. I told him I did not want to send it in the mail because I've had a bad experience in the past with a phone. He went and printed the label anyway. It's a shipping label printed on a plain sheet of paper, and they don't even have any boxes left, so I'm expected to provide my own box as well. After making such a large purchase, there should be much better return experience for the trade in.Addendum - I went to the Hazlet store where they were able to easily process my trade-in.

My experience with Alina was absolutely phenomenal-she was so knowledgeable, professional and so willing to go above and beyond to be helpful in every way..I came back a couple of days later and was unable to connect my Bluetooth and she came out to my truck and kept trying until she got it..researching every step of the way..As a local business owner of nearly 40 years, I would be proud to have an employee such as Alina-she IS the face of T-Mobile in my eyes and because of my experience, I will refer friends, family and clients to her!

My favorite T-Mobile by me on Rt 516 in Old Bridge is temporarily closed so I went to the one over on Rt 9 near the Walmart. I walked in & a clean cut well spoken young man named Manuel not only greeted me but pointed toward the chair to please have a seat & then asked what he could do to help me today.I told him about the problem I was having with my messages & he fixed it immediately & then explained to me in detail what to do if it happened again. So I now have another "go to" favorite!! Thanks T-Mobile...I appreciate the cell service and also your employees!!

Despite being incredibly disappointed in t-mobile as an internet provider and customer service experience I went to this tmobile store and dealt with Jordan. Bless Jordan. He was kind and patient (something noone else at tmobile showed). He really tried to fix my issue. So thank you Jordan!

We switched from AT&T and Alina made it a quick and seamless process. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and we plan on always using her going forward.

The young salesperson was helpful and tried to do all he could to help me but the manager was not helpful at all. He just didn't care whether my issue was resolved.

2nd time walking in . Never again walking in. Very poor service and .sales man rude, manager hanging out in the office. I walk out after 45 mins waiting to be checkout. Smh

I went to this store, for the second time. The employees are useless! I asked to have my phone looked at, because it was not charging. The girl told me to go to another store. Why are they there? The worst customer service ever!

I don’t know what the hell is happening to this store. What happened to the old staff?? I remember Yousif and Sam were the best people there that were helpful. I called the store to see if they had a phone in stock for my dad and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Then my parents went in and idk who the owners are but now you have to transfer everything on your own and staff members can’t help you anymore? Also they don’t give you chargers with any phone you buy now?? Like seriously why is this store so sketchy. I wouldn’t go here. My parents asked for a woman’s name to obviously give a bad review and she refused while everyone is wearing their name tag and this person wasn’t. Everything is mad sketchy now just don’t go here.
