This bank couldn't be worse. I have never seen more than 2 tellers at the counter no matter how busy it is. I have waited up to 35 minutes just to spend 1 minute doing my transaction. One time the computers were down with like 20 people in the lobby and instead of communicating that to people they tellers just stood there like robots staring blank ahead while everyone was confused and annoyed. I actually hate coming here so much that I am switching to a different bank entirely. I can't stand TD banks high account maintenance fees but honestly this bad branch experience I must endure every weekend is just so terrible. I have to smoke weed before I can even come here so that I can prepare for how bad being there will be. I wish there was a version of Ramseys kitchen nightmares but for banks.

This is the worst branch of TD I have ever experienced. They should offer couches to take a nap with how long they take. Doesn't matter if there are ten people in front of you or your next in line. I don't think I've ever waited fewer than 15 minutes to complete a simple deposit that takes 2 minutes.

If it were possible to leave less stars I would. Went to the ATM early in the morning, put my card into the ATM, receieved a card reader error message stating please make sure your card is inserted correctly and try again. Waited.... the atm never returned my card and went back to the main screen. It was a cutom metal card that I paid $100 to have designed and made. I called the 24 customer service number and they said oh sorry call the branch and cancel your card, called the branch and they said oh sorry its not our ATM and we wouldnt give you the card back anyway since its not a TD card. So absolutely zero help... also funny how they say its not their ATM but they have their name all over it, and its at their drive throug and that would lead you to believe that their customer service comes with the use of the ATM.

Went into branch and asked for a replacement debit card. Angelo issued me a new card. Next morning on my way to work I stopped for gas. Card doesn’t work. Opened the TD App to try and activate the new card. App says there are no new cards to activate. I called TD and waited on hold for over an hour at 4:30am this morning. I was now late to work, but had no gas to get to work because the new card didn’t work. Finally at 5:39am. I get a rep on the phone. They state that they can’t unlock it and I must go to the branch to have the card activated. Branch opens at 9am and I have to be at work at 6am. Consequently, I was fired from my job this morning, and when you open in 3 hours I will be at the branch to discuss this with you

EVERY time I come inside for a document, card issue, or notary there is only ONE person working. This is an understaffed and extremely slow branch.

Took me a long time after a long wait just to make a withdrawal because ATM was broken. Even while with the banker still took forever to get a simple withdrawal. Worst service I've had at a TD Bank ever

The absolute WORST when you are waiting to see a representative that works here. It doesn’t matter what it’s for, they typically only have two people working. They don’t CARE how long they take with each client either. 5-6 people could be waiting \\u0026 they truly don’t care. Very unprofessional \\u0026 the longest wait in any branch I’ve ever been to.

Customer service lady sitting at the desk was rude to me; it seemed like she genuinely didn't want to help me; but the manager was very nice.

Arrived at bank 11:05 Sunday and was waiting for customer service assistance with depositing a large check (something I have done many times with my tenure as a TD guest) when it was my turn after 25 minutes instead of assisting, senior rep Rashmi Kaul directed me to the now out the door line for the sole teller on duty, telling me she was unable to assist, I've always deposited large checks at the service desk shame on TD for treating a guest this way. And shame on Rashmi for lying to me... The teller was courteous although overwhelmed being solo.

This isn't about any particular branch, but about calling TD and speaking with a rep. I waited 20 mins to speak with someone and when someone finally came on the line, rep told me I needed to go into a branch. After giving her my info and getting a code to my line via text which they have this number on file, she states she couldn't verify me and I need to go into a branch. Terrible wait time and service.
