This is the second time I have been here this year once was in the spring once in the fall they open at 7:00 being that I own a business we open up at 7:00 so we are already starting late and costing me money which is fine however the first time they did not come until 7:30 they apologized and stated they overslept this time it is almost an hour later and still nobody here it's impossible to get anybody on the phone because everything is automated this is ridiculous. Showed up 45 minutes late, not a hello, good morning, sorry or nothing.

I picked up a truck on 05/04/24 and dropped the key back off inside the location handed it to one of your employees. Then yesterday on 05/07/24 I get a phone call while I’m at work from one of your employees asking when will I bring the truck back. I was very confused I stated what are you talking about I brought back the key the same day, your employee stood quiet for a moment I stated I hope I’m not getting charged extra he stated no I wasn’t going to be charged extra after he realized they have the key and truck in their possession. He then apologized and hung up. I then checked my bank account and of course he charged my debit card $107.00 extra. I called the location back twice no answer then i finally got through to customer service at least she was helpful and explained to me I will get my money back 5-7 business days which is highly annoying that I have to wait for my money that should of never been withdrawn from my bank account in the first place. I don’t understand how you don’t know if you have one of your own trucks and keys back in your possession for three days and wouldn’t you check prior to charging someone’s card. Very unprofessional. I should of asked for a complete and full refund.

Warning to all renters read the agreement carefully there is a lot of hidden cost even though they charging you $.99 per mile and by the hour you still have to pay for gas, and a cleaning fee for a truck wash…… even if you only rented the truck for two hours still chargedAnd if you do it online rental it better off doing less hours than anticipated because they still charge you the full amount. For example I rented the truck for three hours but bought it back in two I was still charged the full amount and $26 for a truck wash…..rip off next time Home Depot truck rental by the hour better pricing with no hidden fees

The truck ran really loud and rough. It sounded like the engine was going to fall out every time we got going and hit the gas.Otherwise the experience was excellent!

They park their trailers in front of the propane refill station and were not willing to move them to fill our RV propane tank.
