The girl in the front didn’t bat an eye she was super busy 8 people waiting system freezing and she apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience and was super nice I asked her if she was alone she said no but that he was helping someone in the back I said ok ok sorry try and have a good night

There was one person behind the counter. Jeannine was already helping customers and acknowledged me when I walked in. It took her another ten minutes to finish with her customers as people started walking in. Jeannine was very calm and took her time with me. She answered all my questions and gave me multiple options on how much I would want to spend to mail out the item I had with me. I didn’t feel rushed. She didn’t complain or seem flustered with the growing line of people behind me. By the time I had finished, there were about ten people in the store. I felt bad that she had to take care of everyone, and I know some people do not like to wait. Doesn’t UPS have an employee on call if one calls out? I gave the store a rating of 5 because of that, but giving Jeannine a 10 for handling it well.

This store used to be amazing. A couple of years ago they had the most perfect staff and management. I don’t remember everybody, but I remember a couple of names Bobby, Michelle, Gabe, Michael, Scott are some of the ones that I can remember by heart
But as time went on, they got new management by a person James not sure if he’s still there, probably not, but I noticed that the store started to go down and quality and even started smelling bad
From what former employees have told me And also customers that I used to see a lot apparently management started to get really bad, especially up in ownership
The only thing that was keeping that store together was the staff but as time goes on, everybody just left, which I don’t blame them. If everything I was hearing was true. The only person that’s left is a person named Scott.
Just every single time I went there there was always an issue. It was super understaffed because you would have lines almost out the door.
The last time I went, I went to drop off one Amazon return and it was one of the ones where you get a label which is green yellow or red or whatever the color coating was and I get there and there’s two employees fighting and there’s police trying to break them up Right there. I knew I was done with the store. Don’t know how long ago this was but it was a while ago.
I went to the new store that one that opened up near ShopRite so much better cleaner staff is amazing and I even got to meet the owner. Really nice guy. Again, this store used to be great a couple of years ago. It just gone down downhill. I’m surprised they’re even still open because the amount of people I’ve heard say bad stuff about the store in person and reviews is insane.
I really hope ownership can wake up hire better people, more people, and better management because this definitely isn’t sufficient And I understand how people in general are, especially because I used to work at retail
But these employees aren’t gonna be motivated with bad ownership and management

I have been using this UPS STORE ,Old Bridge facility for the last 2 years and I get the best quality of service when entering the store. They welcome you with a hello and always say I'll be with you in just a moment. They are very efficient at their job and they seem to be happy doing what they're doing. Great customer service and my returns are always accepted and taken care of immediately
