assocaite directed me to use the kiosk which wouldn't allow the transaction and prompted to ask the associate.this went on until they closed down.

Josie was the associate that I made my transaction with today. Her service was horrible. I picked up shipping tape that was left on the floor which was clearly used. I brought it to the counter instead of leaving it on the floor. I asked Josie if I could use a piece of it to seal my package, and she said no. She then tried to sell me the used tape. I pointed out that it clearly was used and asked again if I could please use a piece to seal my package. She said no, they will damage it out, and continued to charge me for a new roll of tape. To announce that you would rather throw away a roll of tape than to offer a small piece to a paying customer is subpar service and really disgusting. The USPS relies on customers and the least the front desk could do is provide decent service. Additional customer service training could serve Josie well.

I did not do anything to deserve an unfriendly service. The other 2 agents were very friendly, except one.My lucky day!

This lady gave me such a hard time while I was there. The prejudice in her was very obvious. Luckily there are other post offices nearby for me to go to.

Use this post office regularly, Have never had a bad experience. Always helpful and convenient.UPDATEWow, just read some of the negative reviews. Here's a Kleenex people...my lord get a life, the world does not revolve around you. complaining about lost mail, deliver it yourself next time.

The service is a bit slow. But you can get what you need done if you have some patience. I try to skip the rush hours to avoid the wait.

If I could give this zero Stars I would. I called the Old Bridge office but they refuse to pick up the phone. I am physically challenged and I just want to see when my package that I have to sign for is going to be delivered and to ask them to please text or let me know when they are coming so I'd be able to get down the steps quickly and be their nobody picks up the phone I have it on redial with no luck. Then they wonder why the postal service is going downhill.

The staff are friendly and I've never had any complaints from my customers about items getting damaged. However, they really should have a dedicated line for acceptance scans. Being an online seller, it's required by some sites to get an acceptance scan and it's your best insurance against an item being lost.My solution: have a line for scanning in packages and a line for all other matters. I'd say about 1/2 of customers are just shipping out packages anyway.

It's the only one in Old Bridge the post office has to upgrade their mailboxes their pigeon holes mail gets wet and nobody gives a damn now when you come to the post office it's much better but where you live at your property it's terrible especially townhouses and apartments they don't care when is the post office going to open up their eyes and start getting new mailboxes for the apartments you can order anything big and then they tell you to send it to somebody else's house that's not the answer I want to hear it's my mail why should I send it to somebody else's house because the post office can't get bigger mailbox spend some money instead of giving it to the foreigners that come over the Border thank you Postal Service

Went here for my son's passport. Had to come from Staten Island because there were no earlier appointments by me. After a minute or so, a worker told us where to wait for the passport. Only waited a few minutes then Lin took care of us. She was very nice and took less than 15 minutes.

You're lucky if you get someone friendly and nice. Always try to use self serve. Once when I went to get passport done was mocked with name differences on documents that's why I have all my documents lady. She was so put out by it complaining to the other person there in front of me why she gets all the difficult ones. I think she's retired. Haven't seen hr much. But other new people are same. No one to supervise them.

The rudest LADY THAT WAS WORKING TODAY 2/9/2023 AT 3:45PM AT THE FIRST BOOTH TO THE LEFT ONCE YOU WALK IN. Needed a piece of tape and she would not give me one meanwhile began to make fun of me with another customer because I asked . I was with my 5 year old son who he HAS better manners than this RUDE lady. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I understand if they have rules but making fun of someone because they asked if they could borrow tape instead of “have a piece of tape” is JUST MEAN and all you had to say was no. I will be reaching out to speak to someone about this because as a bi lingual I am very offended with how she made me feel and worse with other customers.INFRONT OF MY CHILD
