“I have attended many functions here over the years. Always clean, well staffed, and professional. My latest visit was no different. Everything was on point. They pay attention to the details. Love how they had a walkway through the parking lot leading up to the main entrance. Most places you would have to navigate through the parking lot.”
“The pharmacy staff is second to none. The people there are so helpful and more interested in the patients trying to get their medication‘s then being part of some kind of a conglomerate this place is tops.”
“We recently celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 at The Grand at Ruby Falls and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and his team was exceptional - every staff member was attentive, professional and completely on point. The food was delicious, and I'm still getting texts and calls from guests raving about how amazing the party was. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely be hosting future events here.”

“It's hard to find coaches in gymnastics that won't abuse your kids mentally and physically. Premiere breaks that trend. The coaches are friendly and patient with your kids. The cost for team gymnastics is "reasonable".”
“Venue was perfect for hosting a 30th birthday party. The guest loved that there was valet parking.I was able to view the venue as many times as needed to make sure I had the party set up to my liking.The bartender was phenomenal and helped with all of our needs during set up and while the party was going.I would definitely use the venue for another event.”
“The Pet Expo was fantastic. Very crowded and lots of vendors. The building needs a bit of updating, especially the restrooms. The parking area is horrendous. It's not configured well and the road needs repair in too many places.”
“We had my daughters Sweet 16 here in March. The Hall is very nice and spacious. The staff was amazing ! Everything ran very smooth. The caterer they use was also incredible, our family and friends all had nothing but positive things to say.”
“We went here for Breakfast with Santa! Well, it was the nicest experience ever with Santa. It was $10 adult and $3 for children, I believe over 3 years old. The decorations made you feel like you were in his living room. The buffet brunch had just enough items to please all. Juice coffee and cookies ad well. You can take all the photos you want with no rush. The tables were large for whole families and Santa could not have have been any better. Maybe next year Mrs. Santa too? We took family photos with Santa as well as just the kids. It was a most enjoyable morning about 2 hours. It is not easy if handicapped. There is stairs to go down and no room for walker or wheelchair. Plenty of parking. Oh, and Santa arrived by fire engine. Really a great experience. I highly recommend. I believe you have to call a head to make reservation but no money was required prior. There was a fifty fifty raffle as well.”

“Fun and convenient. Very close to our neighborhood. They offer trainers and clinics for all ages. Our eight year old participates in the clinics and loves to go there recreationally as a family adventure.”
“My kids attended a party here a few weeks back. They had great crafts for the kids to do, had snacks and drinks for them, had fun games, and they were even able to get ice cream right downstairs when the event was over. The studio itself is awesome. There’s a lot of great art to appreciate and buy.”

“Great place to have an event. Mr.Raju welcomed us warmly but the kitchen Supervisor wasn't pleasant and cooperative. He said he didn't know about our event so he wasn't willing to give us things we needed. I think there shd be communication between management and kitchen Supervisor before an event takes place.”

“This place was spectacular and comfy! The staff was nice. The rooms were modern and immaculate. You have to put your key in so that the lights function. The bathroom is super nice, only thing I would suggest is to replace the toilet paper for 2 ply rolls. Anyways, the rest I really liked seeing that the shower was super clean. The bed had great sheets. And for the room size it just felt very cozy. The A/C wasn't a wall unit. There's also a TV and fridge in the room. There is valet for those staying there. The trees outside are illuminated at night it looks like a fairytale. There's a restaurant and bar on site by Orchard Park, it's a bit pricey. But no worries, the hotel is also fairly close to other establishments. My stay was great.”

From my guests raving about the cocktail hour,to the Entree, to the Dessert Extravaganza!!!! Everyone was highly amazed by the attentiveness of staff and everything.
