After hearing so many great things about this store from several friends, I decided to give it a try since I was due for a new phone. My experience was amazing, and definitely exceeded my expectations! Priyanka is extremely knowledgeable, and was very patient. When I had a question a few days after I bought my phone, I went back to the store, and Priyanka quickly resolved the issue. From now on, this is the only place I will go to for devices!

I just left the store for basic account information and I have not ever received as great experience as I have today. The representatives Laura and Jim were extremely helpful and knowlegable. They were very patient and went above and beyond to answer and take care of any questions I had. Thank you so much for the great experience and I recommend this location to anyone who has questions or looking for a new phone.

We have been going to this Verizon store for many years because the service is phenomenal. Pryanka is the best. She walks you through everything and she is very kind and patient.

Once again, Priyanka came through to help. What a wonderful place to visit. Those “Company” stores are bad. Here, no pressure just get what the customer needs. No more, no less. Need more like her. Won’t go to any other Verizon store for assistance, Rt. 516 in Old Bridge. Two phones and an IPad in under an hour. Trust me.

I just received my new Samsung phone and tablet! I cannot say enough great things about the sales person and advisor Priyanka!! Verizon is very fortunate to have her as a representative!!

Sat waiting for 30 mins as 4 employees assisted 2 customers. The rest seemed to be doing nothing. Finally left. What a rack!! Useless support at this store.

I love Verizon! I walk into any of the stores and an agent comes right away to help. It’s fast, seamless and they always teach me about another feature on my phone. Never do I walk away feeling frustrated or not helped.
When it comes time for my upgrades never do I feel pressured to buy. I get the best service and always a model that suits my current needs.
