this use to be a good store but they have a new manager now his name is Manny. for more than two years I've been going there and adding money on my Chime card and my paypal card. for two years every friday Id put $500 on my Chime card and then $500 on my paypal card. well Manny who is quite cocky says you cant do that. I know for sure he is mistaken because I called his regional manager. the limmit is $500 per card not $500 period. and like I said I've been doing it for over two years. so I went to the walgreens on rt 9 after this and guess what ? no problem at all. loaded both cards. but here is why I know Manny is a problem. when I told him Id been doing this for over two years he said show me whos been doing it for you and I'll terminate them right now. Does that sound like someone who should be working in customer service ? hes gonna debut on my youtube channel. and over 3 million people are going to see this

If I could take that 1 star off I would , I stopped at the pharmacy drive through few minutes before 9 aka their closing time , they were helping someone already so I waited, when it was my turn I started pressing the calling button but no one answered so I figured I could walk in and see , the pharmacy was shut , so first , these people are working in the medical field to be super ignorant and just leave the car that has been waiting for you to finish taking your sweet time to serve someone right before , I have been super sick and really need my medication, and to just have the staff shut the pharmacy like that is unacceptable, if you aren't going to help people and be super insensitive work somewhere else and definitely not in the medical field , never ever chosing this ignorant place and its staff to pick up my medication again. People like your staff are one of the problems we have in this world and should be sued for this unacceptable and atrocious service mentality, beside the fact that you used to send a text when the medication is ready but we're not going to talk about that ...Shame on you

Just stopped in 20 mins ago to pick up a few personal items. I wasn't feeling well and mustered up enough strength to drive to this location. Given there was a lot of people in there, I went to the pharmacy to ask if I can pay for my items. One of the pharmacists/ representatives with short straight black hair was paying more attention to her phone. When I asked if I can pay here, she flicked her hand and said I have to go to the front to pay and she went back to her phone. Mind you there weren't customers at the pharmacy section at all. Please have better manners. You never know what someone is going through at that moment.

When you call the pharmacy, no one picks up, or they put you on hold forever. Or they transfer you to a non working number.

Worst pharmacy. Should not take 10 mins to get a prescription especially when I’m the only one in line. The wait times are horrendous with their pharmacy. Keep trying to tell my girlfriend change pharmacies but for some reason she refuses and it’s beyond me.

I went in for a covid shot and was told that the CDC recommends getting the flu shot as well, which I decided I would come back for. I then heard a women that was working in the back talking to her colleague about me loudly on why i wouldn’t get both shots at once and that it didn’t make sense. In a professional environment like that she had no right questioning my decisions. When giving the guy in the front my insurance I asked him if getting both shots would make my symptoms worse b/c that’s what I was scared for and he informed me that if i’m healthy I should be fine. So i took his advice and got both. When a women took me in the back to administer both vaccines she did not clean my arm at all with an alcohol wipe or anything. She just put the needle straight in, one on both sides. I just wanted to get this out there for anyone debating to get there vaccines at this location. Hope to see improvement.

theresa.. the woman who stocks shelves needs an attitude check. screams across the store that the item i need isn't locked up. as i hear her approaching, she growls 'its right behind ya' with a nasty side eye when i asked i couldn't find the item im looking for...
been going into this location for many years and everyone has been friendly and helpful. no need to have such an attitude, get it together!

Am so disgusted. I have been trying for two days to fill a prescription for a medication that hasn’t been available for MONTHS. I have a manufacturers savings card and the pharmacy does not know how to enter it into the system to fill my prescription. The pharmacy manager has been on vacation and I will need to wait until he is back in the store. And now I get a message that the medication is now out of stock.
Please tell me how your associates aren’t trained to know how to enter these manufacturer savings cards into their system. And please tell me why, when they don’t know, they aren’t calling the manufacturer to find out how to do it.
I really miss the old Mom and Pop pharmacies who would go above and beyond for their customers. Because Walgreens certainly doesn’t.

I switched from a horrendous Walgreens to this one in Old Bridge. My experience has been excellent at this location. My calls are answered within normal waiting times. I understand that sometimes they’re understaffed and you may have a longer waiting time but overall I think they are cordial, helpful and efficient.

I’ve called this pharmacy 6 times today (06/10) and 4 times on 05/29. Between the 10 phone calls I’ve made I had one answered, and about an hour and a half worth of my time spent on hold. Today I walked into the Walgreens while on hold with them just to see 3 of the pharmacy employees doing absolutely nothing. As I stood there waiting to be assisted, I also made one more phone call to see what happens as I’m watching the employees, just to witness them look at the phone, and immediately hit ‘HOLD’ just to proceed with doing absolutely nothing. My mother is a cancer patient who desperately needs her pain medication in order to be able to perform regular everyday activities, as simple as walking around. I had to leave work in the middle of the day and drive 20 minutes to the Walgreens just to get my simple question “is my prescription ready?” answered. Something which should take no more than 2 minutes over the phone. I WILL be submitting a formal complaint to Corporate and anywhere else I possibly can to bring attention to this massive, yet extremely easy to resolve issue. As an hourly paid employee who stands around staring into the abyss, the least you can do it answer the phone. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Pharmacy never answers the phone and instead of saying "please hold" they repeatedly reset the waiting music. You'll be waiting for at least 20 minutes to talk to someone. It's rude and unprofessional. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and call at different times throughout the week, but everytime it's the same thing. Almost feels like they do it in purpose to get you to hang up so they don't have to deal with your call.

I generally don’t have the best of experiences when it comes to using a Walgreens pharmacy (or any pharmacy tbh) but I’ve been using this one for about 6 months and I haven’t had any issues. Very pleasantly surprised. There are 2 male pharmacists that I’ve talked to and they’re both super helpful. Please keep up the good work so I don’t have to find another pharmacy
