I went last night and had the cashier scan my rewards. It must not have scanned properly because the in-app coupon I used for rewards redemption timed out and I got no points for my purchase. They must have noticed and just said nothing.

Don’t waste your money of time in here. Staff is rude and lazy. I asked them politely to make me a sizzli sandwich. They proceed to tell me they’re over ie out of service. Which was not true, just pure laziness. Horrible customer service.

I have been a regular customer at Wawa for quite some time now, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have left much to be desired. Every visit seems to bring about the same issue: inconsistent service. It's disheartening to walk in and encounter employees who appear clueless about their tasks.
On numerous occasions, I've ordered a milkshake only to receive a completely different concoction or one that's so watered down it barely resembles what I requested. What's even more frustrating is that it's often the same employees making these mistakes, indicating a lack of attention to detail or proper training.
While I appreciate the convenience and variety that Wawa offers, the recurring mishaps in service have become a significant deterrent for me. As a loyal customer, I hope to see improvements in the future, but until then, I can't help but feel disappointed by the subpar experiences I've encountered.

I come here very often and each time I come for a drink it’s this nasty old man who apparently does not like his job. I came for a smoothie he literally threw my cup and straw down. If you gonna be old and grumpy and don’t like your job retire then!!!!

DONT ORDER A SPECIALTY DRINK HERE!!!!!This store decided to employ a 70 year old man who doesnt know how to do his job and doesn't know how to make drinks. I was refunded but only after a 10 minute wait. Not even an apology from the worker...just take it or leave it. You drink dry green powder chunks. Dont get a specialty drink here.

Wanted to share my thoughts with the great staff at this location, Pulled up to get gas during the night on multiple occasions and I've dealt with both Ivan and Michael, both very friendly, great to talk to and have been very informative with answering some questions I've had about the area, as of recently moving here.
