“Great service! Highly recommended!! I stopped in around 10 AM on a Friday and was greeted by Michael. I needed to order yard signs to be printed and picked up by the next day. All of the big box stores were giving me 1 week turnaround times for corrugated plastic signs. Michael offered to make the same corrugated plastic signs or metal signs by the end of the day. He was able to have 2 beautiful signs ready for me for pickup by 4 PM. I will 100% be going back to Signarama the next time I need signs made. Thank you!”

They move the line very quickly, if there even is one , and they explain all the options for shipping very well.”

“Went in to develop some film rolls. No line, quick and easy, next day the scans were emailed to me. Forgot to pick up the negatives but they hold them for a week. Wish they were closer to me but definitely worth the drive for the short turnaround time!”
“When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

From Customer Service to Delivery she never disappoints! I recently referred one of my clients to her for Decals on her challenger …the client came today by my shop after she picked her car up and was so happy with the outcome! There maybe other shops out there that do the same …but when you been in business as long as she’s been and the talent and vision it can not be matched !!! “I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!”
