I recently hired SmartWater Pools, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, their service was superior. Johnny, the manager was very responsive and was able to schedule Travis to visit my pool. Travis was extremely courteous and willing to answer any questions that I had!

First time pool owner (Hot tubs in the past) and this company is amazing. First of all, Travis knows pools inside and out so when we opened our "new" (actually old) pool at our new house he was able to start us up right away. Other companies we interviewed said we would have to replace the filter/heater/etc. right away. It's been about 2 months now and any time we have questions or need help this company comes through. Travis and the technician Anthony are great. They have fixed everything in a timely manner and explain exactly what we need and what they do. We have not had to replace the filter or heater!! We are picky and I don't often write reviews, but they are who you should use, we feel lucky to have found them.Services: Cleaning

I’d give a 0 if I could. They are trying to bill me for a pool opening that they never completed, my pool is still green. The business manager was easy to get a hold of when they were trying to sell me on their service but when it came to servicing my pool I couldn’t get timely feedback from there.My list of grievances is long but in short STAY AWAY from this company!1. They did not finish opening my pool and are trying to charge me for the full service.2. They tried to recommend that I get downgrade to a chlorine cartridge system, when I had a functional DE system3. They are impossible to get a hold of. I texted, called and left messages to try and understand next steps. At the time of this writing it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve heard from them.This company is horrendous, don’t believe the reviews.Service: Cleaning

We have had a green pool for 2 weeks they have come out to fix it but have not. They have not kept all their appointments. One cleaner came out a week ago Friday and when we pointed out that we thought it looked greenish he said no and left. Less than 12 hours later the pool was green and not usable. Last year their service was great.

I have hired Smartwater for 3 seasons. This time is a bit different. The pool filter pressure was way lower than normal. I had people look it up and have no clue. Nick and Antony were only supposed to clean the pool and finish the rest of pool opening. They spent time diagnosing the pump and fixing the issue. Now the pump is back to full power. Great job Nick and Antony! I will have them next season for sure.

Had a good experience with the Smart Water Pools team. Chris, Nick, Anthony provided excellent service and advice on how to maintain the pool during summerization. Tyler came by and did a phenomenal job cleaning, testing the water, running the polaris and setting our timer and was friendly and professional. Very happy with the service so far.Services: Cleaning

June 2023- SmartWater Pools continues to service our pool. Today, our technicians Chris and Nick did an incredible job of not only providing cleaning services but also making us aware of items that need replacement. Great job!We have been using SmartWater Pools for our pool/spa services since 2014. I found SmartWater Pools through the Merlin Pool Cover website as an authorized dealer. Siri, who I worked with via email, was always kind and very responsive to my emails. I arranged for a new pool cover in the spring of 2022 and we recently had it delivered. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new cover.
