Stokes Farm is a Northern New Jersey farm that has been family-operated since 1873. It is a small farm with a farmstand selling homegrown produce, flowers, fruits, and herbs from late spring to early fall, alongside a garden center in spring and a bakery all year. The selection includes annuals, perennials, vegetables, and hydroponic produce, though it may be limited for a full grocery list. The bakery offers items like apple cider donuts, and they also sell maple syrup and pancake mix. A major highlight is the taco truck, The Taco-ish, located on the property. It serves amazing, best-in-the-area tacos like grilled shrimp and chicken thigh, using good, farm-to-table ingredients. The food is simple, delicious, and fresh with vibrant, authentic flavors, including unique salsas. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The staff are consistently described as friendly, accommodating, professional, experienced, and genuinely kind. While prices may seem slightly higher, there is no compromise in quality. Stokes Farm also offers U-Pick flowers starting in July.
