Update October 2023: Rating went from 2 to 3 stars. I don't like how customer service is not available 24/7 as it used to be, however when I have reached out via messaging- they respond very quickly and resolve the questions/issues. So...this is an improvement!

I had to go to Affinity Federal Credit Union at 1098 Mt. Kemble Ave Morristown NJ today and Michele was a huge help. Not only was she very kind and patient, she was very informative as well. I needed to get a cashiers check and while I was there she noticed I had a savings account with a lower percentage so she then proceeded to tell me about a higher percentage savings account that could help me make a higher percentage on my money while it sits in that account and I was able to switch my savings account right then and there. If you ever need to go to this location, ask for Michele, she is the best!!

Relationship specialist Danielle James at the Mt. Kemble branch was immensely helpful yesterday in helping my college-aged son with banking needs associated with international study abroad. She cheerfully and efficiently answered our questions, processed his account transactions, and most importantly processed a credit card that will allow him to avoid foreign exchange fees (something we didn't even know existed when we walked in the door). Among the best service I've received in the more than 25 years I've been a member!

Kudos to Maria Bautista of the Mt. Kemble avenue branch. My honeymoon with the credit union has been a slippery slope and one step from a separation or worse yet - final divorce. But wait - there's more - entering stage left is Maria Bautista - therapist, hand holder, coach, and more. Maria has the patience of a saint and more - you helped me out with a car loan and it went smoothly - just as she had promised. I have been a member for many years and I can honestly say that Rachel , David and all the staff at the Oradell branch are truly professionals at what they do. Always kind , courteous, and extraordinarily patient when helping with my banking needs. Affinity you can't loose with staff like that ! THANK YOU!!!!!

Never use the ATM for deposits. The ATM took my cash deposit, never gave me a receipt, and the branch just told me Dunbar a 3rd party manages the machine. Please be aware and DO NOT USE!!

Was treated with utter disrespect when attempting to cash a check as a non-member. With several forms of ID, including a passport, I was refused due to a PO box address on my license. Worse than being denied the opportunity to cash the check, I was spoken to (and about) with distain and condescension.

Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located and easy parking. Has shared branching and kiosks that can do a ton of different stuff so you don't even need to talk to anyone, unless you want to!
